I never got to meet @mikemorhaime . But, after reading an article on @eurogamer this morning stating he made the decision to leave Blizzard because he was tired of butting heads with Bobby Kotick, I'm fairly certain we would have gotten along famously. All my best, sir!
For the longest time GU was going to get it's coffee table book. I never wanted to do yearly anthologies. I wanted to do a "Best of" with history, lore, community, and stories mixed in with the art. My dear friend Brad "Aradune" McQuaid had already agreed to write the foreword.
Ooof... Gamestop is shuttering GameInformer.
After GU shifted focus away from EQ, GameInformer was a significant source of content for most of the comic's run.

Typically, I'm motivated by "getting stuff done". So, I've never really "felt" a work/life imbalance. Until now. But, the issue isn't that I'm at work more than 40 hours per week; the issue is that I'm mismanaged to be point of coming home emotionally exhausted every single day.
