He was an amazing person, a total legend. I used to play magic with him at DICE every year. I’m totally gutted

I cannot believe I am writing this. Vince Zampella, a titan of the video game industry, the co-creator of Call of Duty and co-founder of Respawn Entertainment, not to mention a dear friend, died in a car crash yesterday in Los Angeles.

I wanna see @eustachepedro play Dark Souls on the Lyricon Wind Driver. This dude is so wildly cool.

Just logged into the mega 2.1.0 patch for @PlayDauntless. I haven't played since I left. The team really did a mega-job. This is more like a 3.0. Every system seems to be completely overhauled. I can't believe how proud I am of them . Great job crew. store.steampowered.com/app/3…

I'm inspired by the team of folks from @PhoenixLabs who worked super hard to bring an immersive experience to @scienceworldca teaching kids all about game development. It's really impressive and interactive. scienceworld.ca/exhibition/c…

Fun fact - it will have taken 846 days to complete this project from the initial proposal email all the way to launch in a few weeks!

A woman is sitting at her deceased husband’s funeral. A man leans in to her and asks, “Do you mind if I say a word?”. “No, go right ahead”, the woman replies. The man stands, clears his throat, says “Plethora”, and sits back down. “Thanks”, the woman says, “that means a lot”
