Why do leaders mistake noise for progress? Packed with sharp insights, humor and no-nonsense wisdom, The Disruption Fallacy explains why most breakthroughs do not come from reckless reinvention but from smart, strategic evolution. Whether you are in consumer goods, tech, or any industry balancing ambition with reality, this book will help you disrupt the right thing and nothing more.
I fly to Italy today and over the past 3 weeks I received 3 such phishing texts via WhatsApp. All @bookingcom details listed correctly, and quite convincing. Not the first time and it's getting worse. – at The Hague, The Netherlands
I got scammed when using @bookingcom . I feel like an idiot for it, but I want to share this on social media in the hope that nobody else falls for something like I have. Also, @bookingcom 's customer service is absolutely appalling. A thread.
30 seconds of in-depth interview with my wife and I, at the 2024 Wife-carrying world championships. It's all really not very complicated, but a gift that keeps on giving.

We had a similar farcical change of government here in NL in 2024 after over a decade of stagnation under Rutte. It was quite terrible, voters were ready for change. A coalition of radicals came in AND everyone got what they campaigned for. What could go wrong?
The party for ''good governance" got the ministries for homeland, foreign policy, education, culture, social affairs
The xenophobe party got the ministries covering immigration, foreign aid, health, economic affairs
The farmers' party got the ministries of agriculture, fisheries and housing
The Liberals got the ministries for finance, justice, defence and climate
The PM was a former secret service spook working on anti-terrorism
The result was a complete and total shit show. The coalition fell apart within two years, with nothing achieved. Now the bureaucrats are back in, pushing through programmes no one asked for.

I understand that today is the last day of my publisher's Half Price Sale - so it's your last opportunity to grab an incredible bargain before Christmas! Don't miss out, my autochrome book is a lovely thing!
I see no meaningful difference.

50 years ago I helped drive 3 Lamborghinis from Italy home to London. It turned out to be a journey for the ages. @JeremyClarkson was kind enough to call the article I wrote ‘the best ever drive story’. Today on @theintercoolerx I’m revisiting that unforgettable trip.
