Knicks started the defense of their NBA Championship last Tuesday against the Sixers.....And tonight they start their defense of the NBA Cup against the Sixers.
Knicks were dominant in the 4 games they played in Philly last year.#Knicks
Maybe tonight's result was the best thing for the Knicks. I expect them to be fired up and go on the kind of run they had on the playoffs and pile up a string of wins and an impressive record early.#Knicks
A lot of people laughed at me about Jake Bauers.
Bauers actually hit a pair of homers for the Yankees in Chavez Ravine on that June Saturday in 2023 when Judge broke his toe crashing into the cement wall base.#Yankees

Once the Knicks got rolling in last year's playoffs, they sustained their dominant, superior play from round to round as they advanced.

Just allowing Grisham the opportunity to accept the qualifying offer was a doomed decision that negatively affected the season. I know Dominguez was awful, but maybe if he had confidence going into the season that the position was his, he might have blossomed...or maybe Spencer
Jones gets that spot out of spring training. But gifting that position to a lazy, underachieving player who was due to revert to his norm brought negative vibes (and negative on-field results) from the outset. It was poor management and Cashman must be held accountable.#Yankees
