For years, Auburn raised concern about playing Georgia and Bama in back-to-back weeks until the schedule was changed, and Auburn-Georgia was moved out out of November.
The ironic twist is that now Georgia plays Auburn and Bama back-to-back for the 2nd time in 3 years.
If I were an Alabama fan, I’d be pissed about the officiating because as a UGA fan we’ve been on the other side of decisive blown calls (including last night). Which is why the SEC needs to invest in professional refs and not insurance agents, bankers, etc with cool side hustle.
When you see stuff like a trick play on 4th and short close to midfield it affirms maybe a screen pass isn’t the worst thing
While we are debating NFL players playing in college, the other big issue that needs addressing is amateur refs. Players should not be pros, the refs should.
Play “what if game”. Chubb and Sony were disgruntled after Florida loss in ‘16. What if Chubb and Sony don’t come back in ‘17. Do Dawgs have the same magical season? How does the Kirby era begin? The importance of them coming back for their senior season can’t be understated.
The epitome of a DGD.
Congratulations on a great career @NickChubb 🫡

Faux morale outrage, and would expect nothing less by a “university” founded by Jerry Falwell that also hired Hugh Freeze to be its head football coach.
It’s one thing to lose. It’s another thing to get completely outclassed like this, especially coming out and laying this turd in the second half. Absolutely embarrassing
