@MSEDCL I have been sitting in the dark for more than six hours now and my timeline suggests a pattern forming from the previous incidents too. The money I spend on the electricity bill might as well be alms to your incompetence because I do not seem to get anything in return.

@PMCPune @MSEDCL would rather stay within their poor standards than concede that they have something to improve on. I called the @MSEDCL helpline to tell them that there is a #power #outage in "Sangharsh Chowk, Chandan Nagar, Pune" and I ended up hearing "NOPE, THAT IS NOT TRUE".

@MSEDCL The electricity returned for 75 minutes before there was an uninitiated #powercut again. You folks sure as hell have a skin of iron that no amount of feedback makes it through. What a #pitiful excuse for an electricity distribution agency you are!

I have DMed you. Please look into this ASAP and ensure that the frequency of power outages is reasonably reduced. There is only so much of understanding you can expect from if there are uninitiated power cuts for such a long period of time. @PMCPune please take note.

@MSEDCL I do not know if I should laugh or cry at the reply I got from the automated SMS service. Your confidence on a resolution system that clearly does not work is absolutely next level. I can DM you my consumer number but something tells me that even that will not help.

Trust me. I did that. I took to complaining here only after my inverter (Yes, gotta rely on one even after all spending on the electricity bills) ran out of charge. It is shameful just how frequent the electricity cuts have been over the last two months in the Chandan Nagar area.

Time to take to Twitter (or X or whatever) to explain what a waste of tax money @MSEDCL is I work a third of a year to pay for taxes and @MSEDCL cuts off the electricity at the first sight of clouds I am around six hours in the dark in Chandan Nagar, Pune frequently this month

@PanasonicIndia During installation, I opted in for extended support for an additional charge by the service personnel. I would have never subscribed to it if I knew that a customer would be maltreated even within the included support cycle.

@PanasonicIndia When something does not happen, it can be accounted for either gross incompetence or bitter malevolence. Cancelling my service requests by stating my "unavailability" or "unreachability" even when I was not "checked with" or "reached to" shows the latter.
