Aside from the rights and wrongs of accusing Council colleagues of lies @HinaBokhariLD, Merton Lib Dems did support the Local Plan in July 2021. And this did set us on course for development at the LESSA Sports Ground, at the All England and for that matter Burlington Road.

🔴The Met Office has issued a rare ‘Red Weather Warning’ for London today due to the expected impact of Storm Eunice. This Red Warning indicates a risk to life as extremely strong winds are expected in the capital, providing the potential for flying debris & damage to buildings.

Tonight I organised a meeting with the CEO & Wimbledon Royal Mail team so they could hear residents' concerns about the poor service. It was a frank & useful discussion. Royal Mail have committed to finding a long term plan to ensure better service. I'll share this when published
