Ed Steer believes commercial bullion banks are heavily suppressing precious metals prices through outsized short positions on the Comex. He notes that the eight largest commercial traders are short over 100 days of world silver production and hold about 45% of total open interest in silver, while controlling more than 50% of the short side in gold. If those banks were forced to cover even 75 days of world production, he expects silver would reach a fantastic three-digit price before they could finish covering their positions.

Andrew Neil seems prepared to give Andy Burnham the benefit of the doubt ... for now. But the evidence he amasses here simply reinforces my view that the Mayor of Britain is wholly out of his depth trying to perform on the national - let alone international - stage.

😳 Wow! Robert Jenrick just turned the tables on the BBC live on air while being grilled over Reform’s candidate vetting.
Asked about the ITV undercover exposé on some Reform councillors and candidates, Jenrick made the obvious point that there’s only so much any organisation can do when it comes to screening people.
Then he flipped it straight back at the interviewer:
“Look at the BBC for example. Can you now give a guarantee to your listeners this morning that no BBC presenter in the future will be exposed as a paedophile, as a number have been in the recent past? No, of course you can’t. Because you can’t know absolutely everything about every individual in your organisation.”
Absolutely ruthless from Robert! 🔥
Does he know something about someone at the BBC that the rest of us don’t? 🤔
You can practically hear the panic behind the scenes. 😂
Jenrick’s right, though. No amount of vetting can guarantee you know everything about every single person in a large organisation. That’s just reality.

Of these nations only Holland is a significant contributor to the EU budget, while Czechia, Slovenia, Cyprus, Latvia, Spain, Bulgaria, Lithuania & Croatia are all net recipients of EU funding.
Not surprising then that they would be in favour of the UK rejoining to guarantee the money keeps rolling in.
It’s about the money. It always was.
🚨🇪🇺 NEW: Various EU leaders say they would welcome Britain rejoining the EU
Here’s what they said:
🇨🇿 Czechia’s Prime Minister Andrej Babiš: “Yes, of course, we need more money”
🇸🇮 Slovenia’s Prime Minister Janez Janša: “The UK leaving was one of the biggest catastrophes for the EU in the entire time of its existence”
🇨🇾 Cyprus’ President Nikos Christodoulides: “If Britain is ready to come back, we are ready to welcome them”
🇱🇻 Latvia’s Prime Minister: “I think Britain should come back to the family”
🇪🇸 Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez: “I applaud it, we are better united”
🇧🇬 Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Rumen Radev: “Of course, but this time UK must learn its lesson”
🇩🇰 Denmark’s Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen: “Of course, always”
🇱🇹 Lithuania’s President Gitanas Nausėda: “Yes, absolutely”
🇭🇷 Croatia’s Prime Minister Andrej Plenković: “Are they keen to come back?”
🇪🇺 EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas: “Of course, all our friends are welcome to join”
🇳🇱 Netherlands’ Prime Minister Rob Jetten: “In the end, it’s up to the British people to decide what that relationship looks like”

YouGov polls are deliberately manipulated to give the customer the outcome they want.
This poll was paid for by The Times and Sky News, both very hostile to Reform.
Put it in the bin with the rest of the rubbish.

It’s all becoming clear now.
Badenoch flies to Greece in August with her husband on a summer jolly paid for by Murdoch.
A grateful Badenoch meets with her benefactor and makes undisclosed promises to secure his political support.
During September Murdoch directs The Times - which he owns - to procure a poll from YouGov putting Badenoch’s Tories in second place.
In October the poll is published and the media trumpet it as a triumph for Badenoch marking the end of Reform.
If all this chicanery proves anything it’s that the Tories haven’t changed and you can’t trust Badenoch.
(Thanks to @mikecosgrove45 for highlighting the meeting)

The state can do things when it wants to
The more anti-immigration unrest grows, the more repressive the state is becoming.
For decades, we were told that immigration was going to be our economic jet fuel; all the experts agreed, and well-credentialed people from serious sounding, acronym-named institutions assured us it was true. Yet after the biggest wave of immigration in this country’s history, that economic boom never came, and instead living standards have visibly deteriorated.
Then we were told that net zero was to be our next great hope — simultaneously reducing our emissions as well as turbocharging the “green industrial revolution” and its plentiful well-paid jobs. But those plentiful “green jobs” never came, and instead we got rising fuel and electricity prices.
Successive prime ministers have assured us that they “understand” public anger about the small boats, that they too wish to see an end to their arrival, and are working tirelessly to that end. But then when groups of British citizens take it upon themselves to expedite this process and stop the boats we all agree must no longer reach these shores, the British state mobilises resources it had told us had been cut out of existence to lockdown the entire town of Gosport. The full force of the state was used to ensure that those migrants politicians told us they absolutely want to stop entering the country can land hassle-free, going as far as to give them police motorcades fit for a visiting dignitary. Despite this unprecedented use of state power, the national broadcaster reports with indifference about arrests at the “protest”, as if this were all normal.

'In the wake of the 2024 Southport Riots.. Angela Rayner announced a £15 million ($20m) “community cohesion” fund supposedly intended to prevent more disorder.
One training session reportedly told attendees that “our people are voting Reform UK in the belief that migrants are the problem,” while “toxic forces are asserting a narrative that prioritises the interests of straight, white, men.”'

🚨 EXCLUSIVE: ANGELA RAYNER CAUGHT USING 15 MILLION POUNDS OF PUBLIC CASH TO RIG ELECTIONS!!!!
I want every working person in this country to confront the terrifying reality that the state is weaponizing your own wages against your ballot paper.
Under the guise of a 15 million pound recovery fund created after the Southport tragedy, Angela Rayner quietly financed a partisan propaganda machine inside local government.
Official evidence confirms public funds went straight to the Ella Baker School of Organising, an activist network founded by former operatives from Hope Not Hate.
Council staff across Birmingham, Sheffield, and Blackpool were forced through state funded sessions instructing them how to steer working class communities away from Nigel Farage.
Local bureaucrats were literally trained on how to distract ordinary residents from small boat arrivals and manipulate the public away from voting for Reform UK.
Course registration materials openly declared their core objective was to avert the impending disaster of a democratic right wing government.
The political establishment claims there is zero cash to protect military veterans or keep elderly pensioners warm, yet Angela Rayner finds unlimited funds to turn council offices into political re education camps.
Labour knows they have permanently lost the trust of ordinary Britons, so they are deploying taxpayer funded psychological operations to rig the ballot box from the inside.
Retweet this exclusive investigation immediately to expose Angela Rayner using public money to wage war on British voters. 🇬🇧
