💇 More than just a trim!
From a chat with your barber or hairdresser to taking a bit of time for yourself, beauty and personal care are a positive part of everyday life.
Behind those numbers are people building businesses, developing skills and creating jobs in communities like ours.
British Beauty Week is a chance to put a spotlight on that contribution and the people behind it.
You told me what needs to change on fireworks, and I’ve listened.
850 people responded to my survey on fireworks use across the Livingston constituency, with clear support for tighter controls.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their views. I’m feeding your responses into the UK-wide consultation and will keep you updated on the progress we make.
Veterans and their families who were promised a home for life at Linburn deserve security, not the uncertainty of potential eviction.
After 16 months of stress and uncertainty, residents deserve answers and a clear plan for their future. I’ll keep fighting their corner to ensure those promised a home for life have the security they deserve.
If you’re a Linburn resident and need my help, contact me at [email protected].

Andy Burnham is putting problem solving over point scoring.
That's what the people of Scotland deserve. That's what everyone across our United Kingdom deserves.
🏦 “You’re being pushed to do everything online.”
That’s what local residents told me at our recent public meeting in Broxburn.
Everyone across the Livingston constituency should be able to access essential banking services in their own community.
That’s why I’m continuing to make the case for a banking hub in Broxburn.
At our recent public meeting, residents and businesses shared how losing face-to-face banking is affecting them, particularly those for whom online banking isn’t accessible or suitable.
A banking hub would bring essential services back to Broxburn, help people maintain their independence and support businesses on our high street.
