👀Claude handles an insane request:
“Remove the squid”
“The document appears to be the full text of the novel "All Quiet on the Western Front" by Erich Maria Remarque. It doesn't contain any mention of squid that I can see.”
“Figure out a way to remove the 🦑“

7. Your company knowledge base just because one of the most valuable assets on your company balance sheet
It’s almost certainly:
1. Not structured appropriately or optimized for AI consumption
2. Not staffed appropriately for its new-found strategic importance

Huge day for alt data.👇
In Notion's Privacy Policy they mention that if they de-identify and/or aggregate the data you put in Notion, your data is not subject to their (already very one-sided) Privacy Policy and they have pretty much unlimited rights to do whatever they want with this information.
Now RenTech and Citadel can extract incremental basis points of alpha based on your intimacy logs you put in Notion. 🤫

I outsourced a bunch of my life to a VA in the Philippines
I’ve been working with remote assistants for 10+ years to help me leverage my time
so I made a guide to help you start working with your own VA
RT + comment “VA” to get the guide in your dm’s (must be following for DM)

I completed my 1st data science project ~30 years ago. Since then I've been continuously developing a questionnaire I use for all new data projects, to ensure the right info is available from the start.
I'm sharing it publicly today for the first time.

As amazing as @github is, it is a tool designed to track code, not people. I'm sharing my annotated GitHub history to show you what it can't tell you about a developer.

ALT Heavily annotated with blocks describing what was happening in my work life at the time. Blocks describe lost history due to corruption issues, a block of almost no contributions while I was extremely sick due to a pregnancy, miscarriage, a second pregnancy, and maternity leave, and places where Iw as working under different accounts. There is even a lighter block that shows when I was managing a team.

The most successful people I've met:
1. Focus on what matters
2. Make rational decisions
3. Avoid pointless arguments
4. Don't get sucked into bikeshedding
5. Hold non-dogmatic beliefs
6. Use spaces not tabs
7. Use vim not emacs
