BREAKING: GLOVES OFF! President Zelenskyy RIPS into Trump's monstrous diesel deal with Putin as a "betrayal" and warns that he is not on "the right side of history." And he was just getting warmed up... "It appears that President Trump, to quote a phrase that we would use over here, has thrown you under the bus," Piers Morgan said to the Ukrainian President during an interview. "He's done this diesel deal with Vladimir Putin, having just announced renewed sanctions, which people find inexplicable. And now you have a situation where President Trump announced an energy ceasefire, and within hours Vladimir Putin launches an absolute bombardment of Ukraine, aimed directly at your energy." "Do you feel betrayed by what has been happening?" Morgan asked. "Really, yes. Really, between us," said Zelenskyy. "But it's a little bit more complicated than just my emotions or my feelings. Our country has to survive." Trump recently blindsided Ukraine, our European allies, and the American people who oppose Russia's brutal invasion by announcing a "deal" to let Putin flood the global markets with millions of barrels of diesel. He has tried to spin it as a win, but it's nothing more than cowardly capitulation, a desperate attempt to wrestle down out-of-control gas prices ahead of the midterm elections. Those gas prices, ironically and tragically enough, are a direct result of his disastrous, pointless Iran War. Trump created this problem, then stabbed an ally in the back to "fix" it. Now, the Kremlin will get a massive influx of new cash to help fund their war machine and slaughter more innocent Ukrainian men, women, and children. "When you found out that President Trump had done this deal with Putin, twenty-one days after new sanctions, what was your immediate response to that?" asked Morgan. "It's a pity that we are losing a strong partner," Zelenskyy said bluntly. "So this is my opinion." "You think you're losing America?" asked Morgan. "Yeah. But not because of us. We can't be weak, otherwise we can't survive," said Zelenskyy. "We are not selling our country. Look, guys, it's not about business for us. It's just our life. And this is our country, it's our body. So our home, our children. And this is very important for us." "That's why it's painful when President Trump chooses one side, not our side," he continued. "But we are okay that he's in the middle. But if you're in the middle, you have to stay in the middle. Not on the wrong side. I think his advisors are wrong. I don't know who is pushing him not to the right side. This is not the right side of history." Notice how masterfully Zelenskyy phrased his attack. He condemned Trump's actions as a betrayal, shaming him, but then gave the egomaniacal American President a way out by suggesting that his advisors are to blame and that he can still reverse course. The reality, of course, is that this "deal" is fully Trump's responsibility because he's the one sitting behind the Resolute Desk. This betrayal is a result of his incompetence, his self-interested desire to lower gas prices at any cost, and the fact that he is a creature pathologically incapable of loyalty. History will judge him accordingly. Please ❤️ and share if you think that history will vilify Trump and Putin!

Five games, five wins, top of the league. Manchester City, a fortnight after an independent commission found they systematically broke the Premier League's financial rules for nine straight seasons. So what exactly are we all watching? Not asking for the season to be scrapped. That's daft, and it punishes nineteen clubs who've done nowt wrong. But I'd like somebody at the Premier League to explain why the table at the top of every sports page is one they already know is wrong. Because here's where we actually are. The commission has ruled. City lodged their appeal on October 1st. No sanction has been announced. Nobody knows when it will be. Sky are reporting that Premier League clubs themselves don't expect City to even BE in this league next season if the appeal fails. And in the meantime, the league just carries on. Points are awarded. Positions are published. Clubs are planning January windows around a table that might be fiction. Think about who that actually hurts. Not City, they're fine, they're top. It's the club that goes down in May by two points and later finds out the table was never real. It's the club that sacks a manager in February over a league position that gets rewritten. It's the staff at a relegated club losing their jobs over a season nobody can stand behind. Real money, real people, decided by a table the league itself can't vouch for. And the bit that genuinely sticks in the throat. Everton got docked ten points, mid season, reduced to six. Forest got four. Both for single PSR breaches. Both punished DURING the season it mattered, so the table stayed honest. Eighty charges over nine seasons, plus thirty five for refusing to cooperate with the investigation into it, and somehow that one has to wait. Carragher's right. Do it this season. Whatever it is, apply it now, to this table, the way it was applied to Everton and Forest. Because every week this drags on, the Premier League is asking us to treat a standings table as real while quietly knowing it might not be. Due process matters and the appeal has to be heard, I'm not arguing with that. But there's a difference between due process and letting a club sit top of a competition for an entire season while the punishment for breaking that competition's rules sits in a drawer. The league's credibility isn't damaged by what City did ten years ago. It's damaged by what the league is choosing to do about it now. Nine seasons. Then three years of charges. Then a verdict. And still, somehow, nothing. Who's season is this, exactly? 🖤🖤 #PremierLeague #MCFC

Look at what happens when you allow safe standing, unreserved seating with like-minded people being able to support there team last night. In terms of the whole ground a small minority but loud and enthusiastic and passionate. So we can create this environment for away fans but not for home fans ? Please make that make sense ? Why on earth can’t Block D , Block E , Block F lower Holmsdale be made safe standing with unreserved seats ? Not for a specific Group as they have left the house . But for The Club for us fans for our Atmosphere. We don’t need a Drum or need to look the same or Belong to a specific Group. No we can just all be Palace Fans in a Space that is conducive to create atmosphere and passion.

Sunday promises to be a very special day as we host Stuart Tree Memorial Day to celebrate his life and contribution to our community. From 12.30pm, we will open a memorial garden created by his brother Keith, and display an exhibition of Stuart’s work in the clubhouse. It is also a Family Fun Day in conjunction with the Corinthian-Casuals Youth Section. The fun begins at 11am and we’ll have water slides, inflatable sumo wrestling and bouncy castles. The burger van and the bar will be open, while we’ll also have doughnuts, sweets and cake stands. At 2pm, the main event kicks off - a match between a Casuals Legends XI and the Fiel Londres. After the game, there will be a Brazilian barbecue and live music from a Corinthians-supporting Brazilian band. So join us for a celebration of a talismanic figure in our recent history.

Corinthian-Casuals chairman, Brian Adamson, invites supporters to join him and manager, Warren Burton, in the clubhouse this Friday evening at 7.30pm for a manager and supporters meeting, chaired by Brian. There's a free beer or soft drink on arrival and we encourage as many people as possible to get together, with the club at heart, so we can hear from all sides in a calm and positive manner. We hope to see you there.
