During our two days sensitization on Education for sustainable development, talking about waste 2 wealth i used this polo shirt from @Planet3r for illustration. My students were amazed at the creativity involved using pure water sachets into work of arts.

Gender-based violence(GBV) or violence against women and girls (VAWG) is a global pandemic that affects 1 in 3 women in their lifetime. Together we can help create awareness and end gender base violence through our support of women organizations. #Orangetheworld #16Days

Climate change is already affecting the way children live: the relentless destruction of ecosystems is depriving our children of experiencing nature’s beauty, clean air, safe drinking & recreational water, nutritious food supplies, and safe shelter.

#Lions have lost 85% of their historic range. The loss of prey species, loss of habitat & human encroachment have caused their numbers to precipitously decline. Lions are very important to the ecosystem, it is necessary that we protect them. #Wildlife #thursdayvibes

Do not be discouraged by all that is happening around you. If you look deeper and give yourself to the tutorials the circumstances/ challenges is giving you, you will realise that there is a lesson and also a positive thing that you cannot pay for within it.

As young people, it’s our generation with the most at stake. It’s our communities on the front-line who need to be at the forefront of change, leading the solutions and building a society that is healthier, cleaner, more just and puts people first.

Are you aware that the major ecosystems which humanity relies upon for decent survival like the Amazon Rainforest, the Great Barrier Reef and the Arctic Ocean are showing alarming signs that they're now starting to collapse, or do you get your worldview from corporate newspapers?

They also do not biodegrade, they simply break down through photo degradation, which means that it decomposes due to light exposure. When this happens, the bag actually breaks down into a ton of toxic particles. #AlwaysForNature #SustainabilityTips
