I’m wondering why so many NHS staff don’t understand the NHS GP (GMS) contract or the NHS Trust Contract; and what actions are the responsibility of NHS Trusts and which are the responsibility of general practices? Is this area never covered in NHS staff inductions or training?

Hearing from @Thea_Stein on integration of health and social. A big problem we have is an inability to “hold our nerve”. Where transformation funding is issued, there is often an unrealistic expectation of almost immediate change. Change takes time! @ARC_NWL #CLevent
