this comment is killing me

ALT Hurricanes spent the entire year building a buzzsaw to compete with Florida: trading for Miller, graduating Nikishin, signing Ehlers, Stank and Blake got better, Rod added another plate to his bench, Tulsky got another PhD. Then the Panthers missed the playoffs so they are just taking it out on everyone else.

Haotong Li went into Amen Corner @TheMasters and got a 10 on par 5 and dropped so far that he lost $600k in money. Instead of slamming his driver into a cooler or ripping a clubhouse, he laughed at himself and made fun of himself on IG. In a world of Sergio’s and Wyndham Clark’s just be a Haotong Li.

John Harris, who remains the last mid-amateur to win the U.S. Amateur (1993) and played on four U.S. Walker Cup teams, died Wednesday at age 73.
Harris was a Minneapolis native and dual-sport athlete who played hockey for Herb Brooks at the University of Minnesota, where he was the Gophers' second-leading scorer as a senior. He also won the Big Ten individual title that year on the golf course. He tried pro hockey, then held his PGA Tour card briefly before getting his amateur status back. He is arguably Minnesota's greatest amateur of the modern era.
He teamed with Tiger Woods to go 1-1 at the 1995 Walker Cup, two years after he was on the U.S. team that won by 14 points, which is still the record for margin of victory.
Harris had been battling acute myeloid leukemia, and his condition had been improving after a bone-marrow transplant a few months ago. He even played golf last Friday, shooting even-par 72 at Edina Country Cub in Minnesota, breaking his age one last time.
