@bownet would be where I’d start, along with a @TannerTees. Although I’m typically not a plyocare ball kinda coach, I’ve used them extensively in the past and recognize they can be thrown into an unfinished basement wall.

Utilizing open gym & dome space in your area on a bi-monthly basis should be bare minimum. Get your D Work in, air it out a bit with the arm, and have fun tossing a football or a frisbee (throw both arms w/ Frisbee). Frisbee catch skills transfer to our sport.

Scouts and “analysts” said I was a one-inning guy and too small to hold up as a starter. Turns out…I’m a workhorse. They can’t predict work ethic. Young athletes…never let a soul deter you from your dreams or stop you from shining your light. Go be legendary through it all! 🗣️
