Just released fetch-h2 2.0 with transparent support for HTTP/1 and HTTP/2 (w/ https ALPN negotiation with servers). I'm not sure, but this might be the first @nodejs FetchAPI package that seamlessly supports both h1/h2. github.com/grantila/fetch-h2
