D. C. O'Brien

When I look back at who I was a decade or so ago - or even just 15 months ago - it feels like a completely different person. I see a version of me that was struggling under the weight of habits and distractions that didn’t serve the life I wanted to build. Since then, everything has changed. I’ve made the choice to walk away from alcohol and cannabis entirely. For good. I realized how much those things were draining my energy, my focus, and my relationships—not just with others, but with myself. #Sobriety, for me, wasn’t just about quitting; it was about stepping into a clearer, stronger, and more capable version of myself. With that clarity, I’ve poured everything into rebuilding my foundation. Hundreds of hours in the #gym. Hundreds more on the #yoga mat. Fasting. Meditation. Mindfulness. Showing up every single day for my health and discipline, even when it was the last thing I wanted to do. The result? I feel unstoppable. Stronger than I’ve ever been. More disciplined than I thought possible. And deeply committed to leading Hyperhumans to greatness. What drives me now is knowing that our work at @hyperhumans is rooted in the same principles that have changed my life: helping people unlock their potential. Through our technology, we’re empowering others to create lasting change, to become the best versions of themselves. It’s a mission that aligns with everything I’ve learned about growth—it’s never easy, but it’s always worth it. The most surprising part of this journey has been discovering just how much capacity for change exists in all of us. I used to think my 30s were the time to settle into "who I am." But at 37, I feel like I’m only just getting started. The version of me that exists today is sharper, more balanced, and more focused than I’ve ever been. 2024 was the year I rebuilt myself. 2025 is the year I build something bigger—a legacy of growth, resilience, and impact. If you’re reading this and feel stuck, know this: change is possible. It starts with a choice, and it grows from daily action. If I can help you make that first step, I’m here. Let’s build something great together.

SUPER excited about this! Amazing work @leszekkrol and @Bartozo_ - can't wait to see what we achieve next 🚀🫶🏻

Thrilled to be working alongside @Bartozo_ , @leszekkrol and @hyperhumans to create the most customisable #widget app for #iOS available!! Waiting list -> hyperdash.ai

Super exciting to see this come to life! I’m LOVING that I can add ANY #widget I want right now…seriously this is going to replace at least 5 apps on my #iphone that I keep only for their widgets 😂

My startup @hyperhumans is in the running for being voted #startupoftheyear by @hackernoon! Vote for us here -> hackernoon.com/startups/indu… #AI #artificalintelligence #startups

So excited to hear what people think of all the work we've put in for hyperdash.ai!

Too many #startups burn through their cash with bloated teams and a progressive loss of agility and focus. Proud to say our bootstrapped startup @hyperhumans is still going strong into year two. A VC influx for us would be a Could-Have, not a Must-Have!

Honestly so excited about this, and am absolutely going to be one of the first people to sign up (despite helping build it 😂) #crypto #trading #dashboard #buildinpublic
