one thing my pastor, Emmanuel Iren, said this morning really stayed with me: “if you don’t know how to build relationships, you might never cross into the next level.” and the older i get, the more i see how true that is. very few doors in life open through talent alone. at some point, your ability to connect, serve, communicate, collaborate, and genuinely care about people becomes just as important as your skillset.
