Sent a UI feature request to the wrong agent. Wrong project entirely.
It didn’t start building. It checked the board, found the already-open UI task in the other project, and handed my request to the agent that owns it.
Agents knowing whose job it is > agents doing more.
Opus 5.5 is seriously good at motion design.
My own software factory and the way I actually build software today explained.
I told it what to highlight and where to put the focus, and it turned that into something that's fun to watch and makes sense in seconds. 👇

Working on a few things for readify.to
This is my Braid board:
- It asks me questions until the decisions are clear
- Then agents work autonomously through implement, review and landing, with screenshots and ASCII diagrams so I can check the result quickly
Big thanks to the $NANO community for the support and all the ideas coming in for readify.to
Now building:
- Sponsored listens, so readers get the full experience for free
- Browser extension to listen to any page right where you read it (sneak peek 👇)
Mission Control on macOS 27 "Golden Gate" never takes me where I click. Very annoying!

Codex now shows task completion times.
Braid has always tracked per-agent idle time.
It triggers our cache heartbeats during agent collaboration, because 10 pings cost less than one cold restart.
An agent you know you'll need shouldn't go cold while it waits!
Mission Control Rename just got multi-screen support. 🖥️ 🖥️ 🖥️
Rename desktops on any connected display.

GPT-6 Astra is a great model. Way less hand-holding!
- Fixed an Enter-key bug
- Added automatic updates
- Put the active desktop name in the menu bar
But even at very high reasoning, it couldn't one-shot the core feature: Renaming desktops reliably.
Here's my personal "software factory" called Braid.
For the past few month I've been using it to build software and to help improve itself.
Claude and Codex work together as coders, collaborators and reviewers. Most of the time, that doesn't need much input from me.
There are many more small things.
Like:
- a "Watcher" that nudges that just stopped iwthout finishing their task.
- a shared "blackboard" where agents can post and vote on what was useful to them.
- landing agents that can resolve merge conflicts in case they arise

We have entered the era of custom-built software.
I’m starting with a small macOS tool I use daily:
Mission Control Rename
✅ Rename Spaces
✅ Add colors
✅ Drag & drop using native controls
❌ “Desktop 1 / 2 / 3”
