The conference has to be embarrassed by its officials doing this week after week. A few weeks ago they took the unprecedented step of not only admitting fault but announcing punishment for the officials involved. What useless platitude are fans going to get this week if their team loses a game where the wrong call literally takes points off the scoreboard? AGAIN. Apologies after the fact do not erase outcomes. Start getting it right and start getting it right NOW! @dapp6410 @thewarrapport
The @SEC football officiating this year has been atrocious. This Auburn/UGA game might be the worst all year. Got to be fixed.
Church-
The people God brings to our gatherings this week don’t need to be wowed by our arrangements, impressed w our vocal improv, or moved by moments we create.
The Word became flesh & dwelt among us, & we have seen his glory (Jn 1:14).
Let Jesus wow us. That’s it.
Point.
"We hymn the name the angels long adore!" one of my favorite lyrics currently (love the verb use of hymn)

The LORD is my light and my salvation.
Whom shall I fear?
The LORD is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid.

Big win today. Incredible effort from the boys. Down a few guys, doesn’t matter. We’re a team. We play our game. We believe. We fight. So proud.

Two things I’m learning lately…
-I’m more critical when I’m less grateful. Gratitude helps me recalibrate my heart to remember Gods goodness.
-I’m unlikely to extend grace when I’ve forgotten I need grace. Right perspective of self precedes right actions towards others.
