One small suggestion @FergalBowers: "obesity management medications" is the preferred term. Obesity is a chronic disease, and these drugs do more than reduce weight (e.g. CV risk reduction). "Weight loss drugs" risks framing treatment of a disease as cosmetic.

husband has a serious progressive neurodegenerative disease-requires care 24/7. We have carers funded by HSE -phone call from one company to tell me that there would be NO carers on Christmas Day or Stephen’s day as HSE would not fund it!! What is the thinking?needs care 24/7
