Trump: "Mr. Zelenskyy has to stop knocking out diesel fuel in Russia, because he's causing a shortage of diesel fuel. This isn't done by the Middle East, this is done by what's happening with Russia and Ukraine."
You morally bankrupt, victim-blaming narcissist, RUSSIA INVADED UKRAINE! We have been defending ourselves against a genocidal invasion for almost 5 years in a fight where everyone gave us a week, and you find nothing better to do than blame us for a crisis of your own making?!
What’s worse, Russia’s war in Ukraine would have become unsustainable by now if your poorly planned endeavor in Iran hadn't fed russia massive amounts of oil revenue. You threw our lives to the wind! Because you can't plan your own operations, and instead of fixing the situation somewhat with air defense, you blame us for the very crisis you created at our expense!

Infantino must go.
No matter where it’s held, the World Cup belongs to the fans – not gangsters like Trump.
We need someone who’ll finally kick corruption out of FIFA.

Dear @FA, can we invite Mexico for a Wembley friendly, please? Outside Azteca, England fans swapping shirts with Mexicans, England fans and Mexicans drinking and singing together. Mexico been wonderful hosts. Be great to see them and their fans at Wembley. Not been since 2010.

Everybody who loves football will want Belgium to stuff the USA and Gianni Infantino sacked.
Trump cheats at golf so will see corrupting the men's football World Cup as just another day.

The Balogun decision is one of the biggest own goals by organisers I’ve seen in the 10 World Cups I’ve covered.

One phone call from President Trump to his buddy Gianni Infantino and — boom — FIFA overturns a World Cup red card suspension for the first time in tournament history so U.S. star Folarin Balogun can play Belgium tomorrow.
Belgium is already furious and “astonished.” They should be. Contest this rigged nonsense publicly all day today and all day tomorrow.
The World Cup on American soil just became a Trump family business. So much for credibility, fairness, or rules. This stinks of corruption. ⚽📞🇺🇸

Crazy that this is getting barely any coverage. This year’s European Press Prize was just awarded to an investigative report by the Dutch newspaper De Volkskrant. It is entitled “What the Wounds Tell” and in it the journalists Maud Effting and Willem Feenstra document the cases of 114 children in Gaza under the age of 15 who were struck by a single bullet to the head or chest. Almost all of them died or were left severely disabled. They chose to document only the cases of boys and girls under the age of 15 (though often much younger: aged 3, 4 or 7) because these are children who can be immediately identified as such. “A single bullet in these parts of the body is a clear indication that these children were deliberately targeted“, the two journalists write.
