Anxiety is a bit like addiction. You're never truly better. You manage it, but some days life overwhelms you, and all those anxious feelings come back. I deal with so much more than I used to, and I just have to remind myself of that on the bad days 💚
Weirdest Airbnb I've ever stayed in.... Had to pick up keys from a corner shop. TV has been removed. In a flat described as ultra modern, there's NO WIFI and one saucepan. Security chain is broken, had to go out to buy cleaning supplies. Thankfully I have Internet dongle, and there's a Sainsburys Local nearby!
