but bitches think the girls are allowed to say shit about manon (other than the scripted pr answers during official interviews) LMAOOO
The New York Times has recently leaked the contract that the members of ‘NEWJEANS’ signed between the ages of 14-17. The contract, made by Hybe’s legal team, includes insane clauses that the members must follow or else they would be at risk of the company retaliating against the members.
Some highlights from the contract include:
1. The label (ADOR) is allowed to use NewJeans’s Voices and faces forever, with the inclusion of AI.
2. Members are not allowed to issue public statements which will damage the company’s reputation (regardless if it is true or false).
3. The contract removed health, education and sleep protections included in South Korea’s government contract template.
— “Rehearsing until 2 a.m. was not uncommon for NewJeans members who were as young as 12 years old during their training years.” - NYT
4. The label is allowed to essentially retaliate against the members outside of included penalties and fees laid out for breaching the contract. The parents of the members asked the label not to retaliate against the members and nothing was put in place to appeal to this request.
These are some of the things we warned you guys about months ago and instead of directing energy towards the label, people turned on the members based on made up assumptions and expectations set on the girls to speak up on what’s been happening this past year when it was very clear their contract would prohibit doing so.
The problem is HxG, NOT any member of KATSEYE and nothing is ever going to change because everyone spends their time fighting, posting theories with no backing evidence, and tearing the members down when it’s clear all 6 members are victims to this label.
we’re literally witnessing fuckass slavery happening to five girls whose oldest member is barely 22 in the big 2026 and no fucking one gaf everyone’s just staying silent it’s not even just hate anymore you’re actively turning a blind eye to basic human rights violations
