NEW: NO KINGS in Poulsbo, WA. I talk to Rep. Tarra Simmons supporters about supporting her and I even read from the OFFICIAL police report from 2001 to see what they think about her actions.
As you can guess, they did not like this. They did not want to hear from the report, and ALL of them struggled to justify supporting her during this current reelection campaign after listening to her victims own words.

Washington's constitution puts limits on property taxes. Uniformity. A 1% limit on regular property-tax levies. Limits the Legislature cannot simply vote away.
In Culliton, the Supreme Court held that income is property. That puts a tax on income inside the constitutional property-tax rules.
The new 9.9% income tax needs a way around those limits. If the Court says income is not property for Article VII purposes, the uniformity requirement and property-tax rate cap no longer constrain that tax. That is the risk.
Today's 9.9% rate and $1 million deduction are written in a statute. Not the constitution. They are terms the Legislature can change, not constitutional guarantees.
The question is not just what Olympia will tax today. It is what will stop Olympia tomorrow.
Vote YES on I-645. Repeal the income tax.

Jack Smith is a hit man with a political agenda and the ability to force you into a corrupt court. He should be arrested, charged, imprisoned, denied bail, and sent to prison until executed. I think that about sums it up.
Let me be abundantly clear. We the People should not be willing to submit ourselves to the scrutiny of federal courts as long as free passes are handed out to a ruling and elite class. Either there is equal treatment under the law or there is no law.
I am telling you now - the federal judiciary can kiss my arse until there is accountability for these people.
I never want to hear some imposter who thinks they are the equivalent of a high priest in a black robe telling me, "but we are here today about your matter" while these crimes go unchecked.
