I have no problem reducing my social security to save the system. I never expected it to last this long and saved and invested to have a decent retirement without it. BUT I do want to eliminate the fraud before any benefit cuts!!!

You stood with Palestinians as they massacred us.
You recognized a Palestinian state, knowing full well its only purpose is our destruction.
Now they came to you, burning down your cities.
Zero sympathy for you.
You reap what you sow.

@KennyPolcari it seems to me that although many folks are wringing their hands over the volatility in the bond market, I think it's behaved pretty orderly in the face of a widely predicted Blue Wave in November. I know I wouldn't touch a t-bond if I knew that the D's were going to own both houses of congress.

It's funny how the commies who constantly tout the evils of private property and the moral urgency of redistribution always sprint straight for the monogrammed handbags the moment the alarm goes off.
Personally, I find it hard to summon much sympathy when luxury stores get smashed and looted. Why? Because it's the same industry that constantly embraces third-worldist leftism, sustainability theater, inclusion quotas, and progressive signaling.
Recall that Vogue endorses Democratic candidates and majority of high fashion designers snub Melania Trump. Campaigns push all kinds of norm-busting avant garde ideas including open borders and BLM-adjacent slogans, while relying on know-nothing woke celebrities to amplify their message.
These brands have spent decades cultivating an ideology to appeal to a consumer class (like Hasan Piker lol) that treats property as negotiable, heritage as contemptible, order as oppression, and hierarchy as something to be dismantled. So when the mob turns on the glass and marble of their own boutiques, this is simply known as being hoisted by their own petard.
The Limoges town hall, on the other hand, is different. Its destruction is the loss of something irreplaceable, and I mourn it

Not me. I subscribe to one streamer and when I've exhausted that catalog, I drop it and subscribe to another. Only one at a time. Of course I don't do sports. Those who do really get lead around by the ring in their nose and spend a fortune.

We're better off as a society if we don't livestream executions. But there's one livestream we really do need - can we please all watch Ilhan Omar's deportation?

To every American, and to everyone watching France burn from abroad:
Do not blame the French people for this.
We never asked for it. We never voted for it. And the one time we were clearly asked, we said no.
Here are the numbers your media won't show you.
70% of the French say there are too many immigrants in France today.
79% want a tougher immigration policy.
77% disapprove of the government's record on immigration.
83% want foreign criminals and long-term unemployed foreigners sent home.
And no, it's not just the old. 69% of French 18 to 24 year olds support suspending legal immigration for three years.
This is not a fringe. This is the French people.
In 2005, we were asked if we wanted the European Constitution. 55% voted no. Three years later, our politicians passed the same text under another name, through parliament, without ever asking us again.
That is modern France in one sentence. The people say no. The elites do it anyway.
So who is responsible? The politicians who lied to us. A class of leaders formed in the same schools, the same forums, the same networks, loyal to each other before they are loyal to their nations.
In 2017, at Harvard, Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum, bragged about his Young Global Leaders program in four words: "We penetrate the cabinets." He added that it was true in France. Emmanuel Macron was one of his Young Global Leaders.
It's the same project in Brussels with Ursula von der Leyen and in Paris with Macron. Borders treated as an obstacle. Nations treated as relics. The people treated as a problem to be managed.
What you are watching in France is not the French people failing. It is the end of the globalist project, an abject, quasi-communist dream of a world run by unelected planners. It is collapsing everywhere in Europe at once, and the West has to cut this cancer out before it takes the rest of the body with it.
The peoples of Europe don't want this. They never did.
So when you see our town halls burning, don't say "the French chose this."
The French never chose this.
They were forced into it.
If you're French and you agree, repost this so the world hears it from us.
If you're American, look at us carefully. Then choose differently on November 3rd.

I just got back from a trip to Virginia to visit a cousin. We got to talking about the price of electricity and compared our latest bills. His electricity cost a little under 14 cents per kwh. Mine in MA cost 39.4 cents per kwh. Thanks Maura.

A $2 billion, 40-year Massachusetts courthouse lease goes to a congresswoman's husband who did 10 years in federal prison for drug trafficking and just weeks ago an 18-year-old was shot dead in the head in a house he owns, and the homicide still has no arrests...
The entire national press has nothing to say.
If this were a Republican, it would be wall-to-wall coverage every single day until the midterms.
Massachusetts Gov. Healey (D) awarded a $2 billion, 40-year lease for a new courthouse to Rep. Ayanna Pressley’s (D) husband, a convicted felon who spent 10 years in federal prison for drug trafficking.
A couple of weeks ago, a girl was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head in a home owned by Pressley’s husband.
