Based on past experience, they often get pushed back to leave time for negotiations.

To the people telling me the solution is to get religion out of politics, Islam doesn’t play by the nice rules of secularism. It imposes itself politically. If there’s no pushback it takes over. In a society with a Muslim population of any size, secularism is a fantasy because Muslims see themselves as a global tribe whose first loyalty is to the tribe, not to the nation. In elections they vote for the Muslim candidate in a block vote. The larger the Muslim population grows, the more powerful that vote will become until it can dictate policy to government.
Islamic policy. Sharia.
It already has the Labour Party and much of the civil service in its pocket.
Our society isn’t built to accommodate people like that. Their presence will cause it to fracture and collapse, leaving our children and grandchildren to pay a very heavy price for our multiculti fantasy of ‘tolerance’ and ‘inclusion.’
I’m an atheist and I think Christian nationalism is the only thing that can save us from Islam, an aggressively political religion and a threat to all our freedom. Only an equally political religion can stop it, since liberal democracy has clearly failed. In the real world, secularism and humanism are just hobbies.

It’s almost comical hearing the left cry about Jimmy Kimmel - as if they ever cared about free speech.
Kimmel and his demon crew cheered when the media and their jihadi friends doxxed me, hunted my family, friends, and colleagues, and tried to destroy everyone tied to me — simply for knowing me.
They smeared my relatives, went after their jobs and businesses, and fought to bankrupt and erase them. One of Kimmel’s producers even dangled “help” if my family would denounce me.
These people aren’t defenders of free speech. They’re predators who wanted a journalist isolated and destroyed for exposing radicals - their comrades. So when they now pretend to care about free expression, it’s a sick joke.
Let me be crystal clear: if this were a genuine free-speech case - if he’d been fired for speaking his mind - I’d defend him, demon or not.
But that’s not what happened. He was fired because he’s a compulsive, sick liar or, more likely, because his ratings tanked.

On September 13, 1922, Turkish soldiers set fire to the Armenian and Greek quarters of Smyrna, unleashing a rampage of rape, pillage, and mass murder.
The Great Fire broke out four days after Turkish forces entered Izmir on September 9, 1922, effectively ending the Greco-Turkish War. The fire completely destroyed the city’s Greek and Armenian quarters. In a desperate attempt to escape the flames, Greek and Armenian refugees fled towards the waterfront, only to face massacres at the hands of Turkish troops and irregulars.
Estimates suggest that tens of thousands of Greeks and Armenians were killed, and hundreds of thousands were left as refugees in the aftermath of the fire.
