Here's my take from this thread: $TSLA self-driving is life changing (perhaps under-appreciated by everyone who doesn't have one?) and we're all driving around in our combustion engine machines like plebes.
Perhaps it's especially being underestimated how life changing this will be for safer teen driving and helping the elderly get around (Just in time for Baby Boomers).
I'm excited...

I just bought a new Model Y and can confidently say cars and Teslas are no longer the same product.
A car is like a pony or horse. I still like driving a stick shift, it’s fun!
Tesla with FSD is a transportation robot.
I had one of the first Model 3s in 2017. FSD was basically slightly better cruise control. Great on the highway. But honestly felt oversold.
So I have been driving a BMW for the past 3 years. Great horse, fun to drive.
But tried FSD recently and holy shit — it’s a personal Waymo. Works perfectly. I just went to the Fremont factory to get my new car, entered my address 30+ mins away, pushed a button, and got home without doing a thing.
I don’t think most people realize how good this is, probably because they only experienced an early version previously. This is 1000x better. Metaphor for AI writ large. Like trying GPT 3.5 and thinking it’s cute and hallucinates, and dismissing it…while Astra launches in 2026 and is orders of magnitude more capable.

It’s almost unfathomable that with all the resources available to Elizabeth Warren and her staff, no one spent five minutes doing enough due diligence to understand the difference between a LOAN and a currency SWAP.
Japan doesn’t owe us money. There is no loan to repay.
For someone who has spent her career presenting herself as a financial expert—and lecturing Wall Street on behalf of consumers—that’s an astonishing lack of financial sophistication.
But what’s perhaps worse is the lack of humility. It seemingly never occurred to her that she might not understand the transaction she was criticizing.
I’d like to say it’s funny. It’s actually sad.
These are enormously consequential issues, and the people sitting in some of the highest positions in our government ought to understand the basics before firing off accusations.
In her latest sciolistic letter to me, @SenWarren made it clear that she knows even less about foreign exchange markets than she does about banking.
What is equally shocking, but not surprising: not a single member of the media mob has a rudimentary-enough level of financial market literacy to spot her remedial error.
To reiterate: under @POTUS, the United States delivers for America’s trusted partners.
For a fuller explanation, I recommend Senator Warren take any entry level course in international finance for her and her staff, or I can personally give her a tutorial on Foreign Exchange for Dummies. Although I am not holding my breath, I hope her next letter will demonstrate that she has learned the difference between a currency purchase and a swap or a loan.

My transit loving friends are going to hate me for this.
It make NO SENSE WHATSOEVER to build virtually any sort of mass transit ever again.
By the time its built (a decade, or in California a century) the advances in electric self driving cars make it obsolete.

Le bugie del comunismo.
10. I media liberali mentono;

He’s the hardest working campaigner by far. He’ll work as hard when he has the office as he did to win the office. We held a fundraiser for him and he did a Q&A afterwards. I was astonished by the depth of his knowledge and how quick he was. He’s the right guy for the job.

Dear Senator Sanders,
Oh, this is RICH. This is so perfectly, exquisitely, weapons-grade rich that I had to put down my anatomy exams and just... appreciate it for a moment.
The man who got thrown out of a SOCIALIST HIPPIE COMMUNE in Vermont in 1971 — after THREE DAYS — for refusing to do any actual work while everyone else planted, harvested, and hauled water, is out here telling me the OLIGARCHS want to control everything.
Three. Days. The communists gave you a longer trial period than most employers give to someone who steals from the register.
Here is what Jim Quinn's Law Number Two says, and I want every single person reading this to tattoo it somewhere useful: "If you want to know what liberals are up to, pay attention to what they accuse conservatives of doing."
Senator, you OWN THREE HOMES. A Burlington residence. A D.C. townhouse. A $575,000 vacation lake house in North Hero, Vermont — purchased in 2016, the same year you were touring the country telling college students the system is rigged. Your net worth sits somewhere between $2.5 and $3 million. You have pocketed over $2.5 MILLION in book royalties since 2011. That elevator is clearly not stuck between floors for you, is it.
And then — THEN — during your "Fighting Oligarchy Tour" with AOC, you spent over $550,000 in CAMPAIGN FUNDS on PRIVATE JET TRAVEL. Half a million dollars on luxury jets to lecture working Americans about the dangers of wealth.
When Fox News caught you boarding a Bombardier Challenger 604 — a jet that runs up to $15,000 PER HOUR — you did not apologize. You did not even blink. You looked directly into the camera and said, and I am quoting this verbatim because it is the most accidentally honest thing you have ever said: "You think I'm gonna be sitting on a waiting line at United?"
Senator. THAT IS OLIGARCHIC THINKING. That is TEXTBOOK "the rules apply to you people, not to me." That is the elevator music of every single billionaire you have spent 35 years pretending to oppose. In a battle of wits with your own stated beliefs, you showed up completely unarmed.
Thirty-five years in Congress. You know what your personal legislative output looks like? Eight bills passed. EIGHT. In three and a half DECADES. That works out to 0.23 bills per year. I have produced more graded anatomy exams in a single semester. Your two greatest solo legislative achievements — the ones with your name on top, the thing YOU actually DID — are the naming of a post office in Danville, Vermont, and the naming of a post office in Fair Haven, Vermont.
You named. Two. Post offices.
You are as useful as a screen door on a submarine when it comes to actually passing legislation, but you want me to believe you are the vanguard of the working class. That sounds like a YOU problem.
Quinn's Law #25: "Liberals are great at giving away other people's money." You have been living PROOF of that law for 35 years. You give away everyone else's money — from a vacation home on a lake — while spending half a million on jets because you are far too important to wait in line with the taxpayers funding your lifestyle.
You want to talk about oligarchs controlling the media? You have been IN the media for four decades. You just finished a $75 million documentary. You have a book deal. You have a podcast. You HAVE the megaphone and you are using it to tell people that other people have the megaphone. The gene pool really needed a lifeguard for THAT particular reasoning.
I am a high school science teacher in Northeast Ohio. I support a family of six on a teacher's salary. I am not particularly impressed by a man with three houses, $550,000 in jet receipts, and 0.23 bills per year telling me he stands with the working class. More famous than wise, Senator. More famous than wise.
The hippie commune knew it in 72 hours. How long is it going to take everyone else?
IF you agree: LIKE this post so the algorithm shows it to people who need to read it. SHARE this.
COMMENT below — do YOU think a man with three homes and a half-million dollar private jet habit speaks for working Americans? Tell me.
And if you want MORE of this — the data, the history, the science, the stories — JOIN Bski's Classroom community on X or YouTube.
But what do I know — I am only a science teacher who can actually do math, a retired Army combat medic who knows what genuine sacrifice looks like, and apparently one of the few people left who finds it suspicious that the most vocal enemy of oligarchy just cannot bring himself to wait in line at the airport with the rest of us.

‼️ It's clear CNN and the rest of the mainstream media have already decided RFK Jr. won't be included in the debate.
This exclusion is nothing short of a blatant manipulation of our democratic process. Bobby has secured the ballot access needed to participate, yet they've chosen to rig the polls, excluding some altogether, and in other cases deliberately omitting his name as an option to ensure he doesn't qualify.
This is disgraceful and undermines the foundation of free and fair elections.
For too long, the media has failed to serve the interests of the American people. But this latest move is unconscionable. By denying RFK Jr. a platform, CNN is not just silencing a candidate. They're silencing the voices of countless Americans who support his vision and his platform.
Among many other things, his commitment to fighting corporate capture, restoring government accountability, and protecting free speech resonates with so many of us, and it is our right to hear him in these debates.
CNN's actions are a clear indication that the network is more interested in kowtowing to the uniparty than in providing a true and open forum for all candidates. This is an affront to democracy and an insult to the American electorate.
It's time for the media to stop manipulating the narrative and start working for the people again.
We demand that RFK Jr. be given the opportunity to participate in the debate, as is his right. Anything less is an abdication of journalistic integrity and a betrayal of the democratic process.
Let Kennedy debate.
