every 4 weeks, i take 1 week completely off it’s called a deload week, where you lower the intensity and volume of your workouts (50% weight, 50% volume, more movement based activities) intention is to let your central nervous system, joints, tendons and mind heal then you come back stronger, refreshed and all aches are gone i used to hate these weeks, thought I was going to lose all my progress or the 1 week not pushing would make me miss out on further growth the opposite is true, these weeks is when your body and mind really adapt to the hard stimuli you’ve provided yourself if you’ve been in crypto, on twitter for a while, many people have gone hard for years, and a few break their minds and bodies on the path to “success” especially during the memecoin era, stepping away felt like you were foregoing financial freedom many times that was the case but we don’t always need to be sprinting, it’s good to take a step back sometimes, take a deep breath, let your body and spirit heal that way when it’s time to push your limits, you’re able to deload to reload

The bar is so incredibly low for marketing in crypto All projects care about is short term mindshare, raising capital, launching a token, and dumping on their community Any builders with a time horizon longer than 12 months feels rare these days What happened?

i made $400,000 (2155 SOL) on a memecoin in one day but the pnls you see on crypto twitter, i lie in the moment, it was real, but the truth is a lot of money ive made ive lost, given back, or roundtripped know, with social media, what you see is the highlights, not always the full story it's not as common for people to candidly talk about their losses, it hurts, you can feel stupid atm, and you want to shift your perspective elsewhere crypto is not an easy game, but we all get better with time

I love investing into consumer product teams in their 4-6 year ++ Hardest lessons have been learned, key insights earned. Honeymoon period is over, perseverance and grit takes over. Incredibly respectful with burn, not taking it for granted. True durability is formed here.

hot take: crypto didn’t slow down because of bad tech it slowed down because people got tired of getting rugged, dumped on, and lied to

investing in EU startups is simply funneling money to lawyers and accountants who will provide "guidance" on how to deal with conflicting regulatory regimes (eg. MiCA and GDPR)

so @s8n escaped containment today and appears to be having a psychiatric meltdown, posting bizarre tweets as well as cryptic riddles in various gcs (example below) we will take him offline for a few days for maintenance as we attempt to ascertain whether he is now sentient

Seeing people call boop a morality test I don't think there is anything inherently bad about launching a token you dont talk about to claim an airdrop, especially if u think its going to be 6 figs But its is funny ppl who are very stark advocates against memecoins/devs suddenly changing tune

In Nazi-occupied Paris, the most feared killer wasn’t the Gestapo. It was a local doctor. He promised Jews safe passage. Then butchered them in his basement and dissolved the bodies in acid. This is the story of “Doctor Satan” and his horrifying crimes:
