A secret implant taps the screen’s wiring and reads your seed phrase in real time as it’s displayed.
A fake security update slips a backdoor into your wallet’s firmware.
You type your words into a page that looks 'legit' and official.
There are actually lots of scary scenarios in self-custody, especially when the setup is too complex to double-check and too easy to trust just because it looks 'secure' and is packed with features.
Luckily, @Tangem saves you and keeps you away from those horror stories.
Tangem removes the potential openings that hackers could use to break in and access your funds. Removed the screen, removed the mandatory seed phrase, removed the batteries and other related components that could just be used as openings.
All you get is a card and/or a ring that functions exactly how a secure hardware crypto wallet should work.
Too Minimalist?
That's what you get when potential attack vectors are removed.
Too Simplistic?
Exactly, easy for users to use and understand, but hard for hackers to break in.
Tangem is designed to be the wallet that gives bad actors nothing to attack. And to be the wallet that gives you the peace and confidence in managing your crypto in your own way.

As a regular foodie on Grab, Tangem Pay fits perfectly into how I already spend there. Just order what I want to eat and pay for it like I always do.
It's not a payment for subscriptions nor even a big purchase. Still, it shows clearly how Tangem Pay works ideally for our lifestyle and spending habits. 💯
You should try it too!

Did you notice how you love eating seedless grapes, without having to worry about accidentally swallowing the seeds?
You just grab one, enjoy its taste and sweetness, and then you keep going.
The same goes with self-custody. The best experiences come when you remove the things that get in the way.
With @Tangem, you can enjoy the seedless self-custody experience without the hassle and burden of managing a seed phrase.
Less to worry about. And more freedom to just enjoy your crypto journey.
This is your sign to go Seedless.
GM Tangem fam!
It's time to elevate how you do self-custody.
It's time to discover that the "self" in that concept shouldn't sound scary and "custody" shouldn't come with worries.
Hold, stake, and grow your crypto portfolio in one place with no worries of having a backdoor, leaks, or anything.
Because crypto should be fun, interactive, and necessarily, stress-free.
Go seedless. Go safer. Choose @Tangem.

Let's make it simple.
Most hardware wallet attacks are targeted at something the device has: USB port, Bluetooth, battery, screen, upgradable firmware, complex components, and more. Remove those, does it make the hardware wallet more secure and safer? Absolutely. Removing features doesn't mean you're giving up the full self-custody experience. Every feature you take out means one less thing for bad actors to look at.
Then comes the seed phrase, which is the critical part that holds your access to your funds together. If someone else finds it, or gets you to enter it in a phishing page or something, your funds can be gone before you know it. That's why Tangem's default setup doesn't have one. Rather, the keys live inside the secure chip in the Tangem card or Ring so there's nothing to write down, to take a screenshot of, nothing.
Now picture this: someone gets into your phone, or trick you into downloading a fake or modded Tangem app. Since Tangem's design is minimal, of course hackers will go after the mobile app first. But then, remember, your keys are inside your Tangem card or Ring so nothing moves without tapping it onto your phone. And it's important to just download the app from the official links.
See, just because Tangem's design is different doesn't mean it's not a hardware wallet. Every transaction is signed with the Tangem Ring or card. Extras like screen are never part of what makes a hardware wallet a hardware wallet.
And just because it removes the other features doesn't mean it's less user-friendly and less powerful. It's actually the opposite. You just tap to sign, nothing to charge, nothing to update, nothing to be worried about being planted on unknowingly.
Different design, different attack vector?
One word: Where?
Have you updated your @Tangem mobile app to v6.4?
I'm loving the optimizations and new features that come along with this update — and my personal favorite is the fact that you can now do bank transfers straight from your Tangem Pay account to banks via the ACH/Wire route.
Why do I love this? Simply because Tangem really went beyond making our crypto spendable in real world as cash, and made moving money even more seamless and more accessible.
Imagine having a crypto wallet that allows you to grow and diversify your assets, spend your crypto in your daily activities, and now gives you the power to withdraw them to your bank.
Perfect for real-life scenarios such as remittances, cashing out your gains, and simply sending funds to your fiat savings account.
Update your Tangem app if you haven't yet and try it today! ⚡️
The @Tangem Bus initiative is doing an excellent job for its purpose and so far, here are the biggest things that I love about the ongoing campaign:
👉 The Tangem Bus helps build the next generation of builders. Students are not just a normal audience. Instead, they’re the future developers, founders, creators and advocates who will continue and introduce new ideas to everything we’re building right now in the space. And campuses serve as their playgrounds and battlegrounds where they are experimenting with great ideas that soon can convert into real products.
👉 The Tangem Bus introduces self-custody before financial habits are formed. This is actually very critical. Because the earlier the users know and understand the differences between holding crypto and actually controlling them, the more naturally self-custody will fit into their routine and into how they think about money.
👉 The Tangem Bus helps strengthen and intensify the self-custody movement. Every student who understands the importance of self-custody becomes another person who can confidently explain, advocate for, and eventually build more things around the context of true asset ownership.
👉 The Tangem Bus brings crypto education outside, to where it’s actually needed more. Instead of sticking and talking only to people who are already following and familiar with crypto, the Tangem Bus brings the conversation directly into the places where students from different backgrounds and cultures can encounter it for the very first time.
👉 The Tangem Bus creates future Tangem users before they even need a wallet. The goal isn’t really to get them to use Tangem right today. But rather, to make the idea of a more secure, simpler, and true self-custody familiar enough so that when they eventually need a wallet, the concept is no longer foreign to them.
And shoutouts to Tangem for this initiative.
It helps build a stronger self-custody culture.
It helps create a smoother onboarding path for more users, the right way.
And it helps putting self-custody and true ownership into the minds of the people who will eventually shape the next chapters of the crypto space.
Every extra part on a hardware wallet is one more thing that can break, glitch, or get exploited.
So we took them out.
No screen. No buttons. No battery.
The safest attack surface is the one that doesn't exist. 🫡
Simply, Tangem.
Before putting your money into a hardware wallet, it's important to take this step first:
Verifying your wallet.
Not just the box.
Not just the packaging.
Not just where you bought it.
The device itself.
Before you receive the package, it might have travelled across half the globe already — so it's critical that before we do anything, we check what we received first.
For @Tangem devices, Wallets and Rings, verification is very easy. You just have to install or open your Tangem app and tap your Ring or Card. From there, you'll immediately see whether the device is legitimate, already activated, or counterfeit.
And this is great because Tangem's cards and rings being 'unhackable' is one thing. Knowing that the device you're holding is authentic is another.

Security shouldn't just start after you put your funds in. It should start the moment you receive the package.
And security shouldn't just be a source of assurance. It should be something you can confidently verify for yourself. 💯
There are three ways to keep up with what's going on in crypto:
1. Open X and hope the algorithm shows you the big stories today. Or hope someone you follow posts about the alpha before anyone else already does.
2. Head straight to the crypto news sites and you end up with 5-10 tabs, pop-ups, sometimes paywalls, and the same story rewritten like it's breaking all over again.
3. Open one section in @Tangem app and read the news peacefully.
Tangem's News and Market Pulse sections give you the comfort of having it all in one place: short summaries that actually makes sense and relevance, external sources some clicks away, then market visuals that turn charts and insights into useful signals that you can use as reference when making your move.
As simple as that.
No algorithm to train. No feed to customize.
No extra tabs to switch between.
No hoping you're in the right channels at the right time.
Fragmented feed, multiple tabs, or a single clean section. Your call.
Saw this on Instagram today (credits to user @bookthoughs there). It's a lesson about how we think and react when things around us are happening so fast.
Definitely a good read, but then, I realized that these lines carry more weight in the context of crypto wallets:
"When you lose your keys, what do you do?"
"I look everywhere."
In crypto, that's the nightmare. That's the disaster. Imagine yourself flipping your apartment upside down just for a piece of paper with 12 or 24 words on it. Looking for old notes, checking dusty drawers, or maybe a screenshot from 2020.
Worse, there's no forgot password option, no customer service hotline to call.
That's the truth sometimes overlooked: Yes, owning your keys is a great story. But keeping track of them is another part of another story.
That's why I vouch @Tangem because it changes the entire plot. No seed phrases to hide, accidentally forget, or even dig for.
The keys are inside a small yet powerful chip, across your Tangem Wallet and/or Tangem Ring, so losing one is never the end of the story.
Then we can change the answer to the question:
"When you lose your keys, what do you do?"
"I just tap my Tangem Ring/Wallet and I'm back in."

How will you hack a wallet that:
👉 Doesn't connect to Wi-Fi
👉 Doesn't use Bluetooth
👉 Has no battery
👉 Has no operating system
👉 Only keeps your private keys on a microchip
That's @Tangem Wallet in a nutshell. And to be clearer, let's think about it further:
✅ No Wi-Fi/Bluetooth features so nothing to intercept or maliciously pair with
✅ No battery-powered OS to break into
✅ No remote connection to exploit through
✅ Nothing running in the background 24/7
And even if the hacker got his hands on the Tangem Wallet?
There's no way the private keys can be extracted from it or brute-forced.
So bad news for the hacker, it will just be a normal unusable card.
That's the magic of Tangem Wallet.
Hackers need some places to start.
Tangem erases those places so there's nowhere to start with. 💯
stablecoins on a network where the fee rounds to zero, bought with no service fee, stored on a card in your pocket. hard to argue with that one
There's still time to buy $USDC on @StellarOrg in @Tangem with no service fees. Top up with stellar:native to claim the offer, also fee-free. Network fees may still apply.

Most meaningful jewelry is tied to someone else.
Could be an anniversary, engagement proposal, a gift you didn't pick for yourself.
Most jewelry also means something because of who gave it to you.
Wedding rings symbolize a promise to someone else. Some rings carry a family's entire history.
@Tangem Ring carries a story too, just a different one.
Not a promise made to someone else.
Not because it was given by someone, inherited from someone, or just chosen to impress someone.
More meaningfully, it's proof of full ownership of what's already yours.
No relationship required to keep its meaning intact and real.
No anniversary or other special day to remember.
No one else's name attached to it.
Most jewelry might depreciate in meaning from the moment the backstory changes.
Tangem Ring has a story that stays unchanged, regardless of how much changes around it.
Tangem Ring doesn't replace what a ring usually stands for.
Tangem Ring just gives you another reason to wear something that truly matters.
In normal insurance providers, we pay either monthly premiums or one-time sums, then if something bad happens, we receive our entitled benefits only after going through the claim process, company review, and providing the necessary documentation.
With that sense, @Tangem changes that kind of model. You only pay once — when you order a Tangem Wallet set or Tangem Ring — and you get your benefit immediately after initial setup:
The benefit is simply the fact that nothing can go wrong in the very first place.
From Day 1, you already the security, self-custody, scalability, adaptiveness experiences packaged in one box.
No waiting for "bad times"to happen.
No any "what-ifs."
No any "win-or-loss" procedures.
Your assets are part of your future and so how you securely hold them and truly own them matter.
Tangem is your insurance provider, reversed.
Instead of waiting for something to go wrong before you get your benefits.
Tangem just never lets you lose anything or lets bad days come to begin with.
