BREAKING: South Korea is now making concrete preparations to deploy military assets and troops to the Strait of Hormuz, including P-8 Poseidon maritime patrol aircraft, Navy UDT EOD teams, and naval logistics support ships, per a high-ranking Ministry of National Defense official to SBS. The South Korean government, which previously maintained the position that it would only pursue Hormuz deployment after the US-Iran war ended, has now completely changed its policy and begun preparations for deployment despite the ongoing conflict.
