Every institution I've ever encountered has an upper layer of management mucky mucks who know next to nothing about anything. This is pretty much what is called "management" in US corporate and nonprofit sectors: it consists of people who oversee things, or pretend to, but are grotesquely ignorant of how anything is actually done.
This is the whole C suite and the whole of oversight boards, glorified do nothings who take in massive income streams for pretending to be in charge of something.
It's for this reason that I suspect the dramatic shift to AI as the dominant productive worker in every firm is going to take much longer than anyone thinks. It's because AI can probably replace half or two thirds of all existing professional workers in the US.
Workers know this and will spend all their lives scheming and plotting to pretend like they have real jobs. This is their new job and they are already very good at it. It will be fake workers tricking fake management as far as the eye can see.
Management will never catch on because they are too stupid, too incompetent, too wildly ignorant of all technology to catch on that most of their workers are scamming them. They will persist with all their compliance and best practices straight to their doom, as new and lean upstarts crush them all in productivity thanks to AI tools.

You signed the order. Thank you. That was the right move, but It is not enough.
Executive Order 14420 tells states to honor religious and medical exemptions and points the Attorney General at the ones that will not. School rules are still state law. The order creates no right a parent or a student can enforce. A new administration can pull it. A court can narrow it. Hospitals and nursing programs are already walking around it.
I am a paramedic. I worked through COVID. I watched agencies beg for staff while turning away medics who refused the shot. I was laid off, then rejected, while response times blew out. People died from delays. I was offered good money to give those shots. I would not. I have seen what comes after. Miscarriages. Strokes, heart problems in people who had no business having them. Young cardiac arrests. Turbo Cancers. Most of us who refuse now were not born refusing. We watched it, or it hit our own house, and that harm changed our minds.
Religious exemption is the wrong door. It makes a man dress a risk decision up as theology so a school board can grade his faith. A simple ânoâ should be enough. In a free country you do not have to cite a verse to keep a needle out of your arm or your childâs.
The loophole that is gutting the field is the clinical site. Nursing and medical programs tell students the hospital demands the shots, and you cannot graduate without the rotation. The school blames the hospital. The hospital blames policy. The student either takes what they do not want or leaves a job we cannot fill. That is not medicine. That is a woke science filter.
If this order is the line, put it in statute. Vaccination status cannot decide school enrollment, program admission, clinical placement, graduation, licensure, or employment. Hospitals that take federal money, or take students, do not get to require a shot that was refused. No essay. No sincerity test. Refusal is the exemption. Leave the product on the shelf for anyone who wants it. Stop barring the people who do not.
Argument has not moved the other side. Injury has. We should not need more injuries to write this down. Access stays open. Force ends.

This is an excellent post showing the grift that is ANY pHARMa advertisement of their drugs. For those who donât know, pHARMa reports only Relative Risk Reduction for their drugs directly, not Absolute Risk Reduction, and this post demonstrates that. Absolute reduction is actual real-world numbers vs Relative reduction which is, well, relative! In this particular example, 36% looks really good, however the actual true (absolute) reduction is only 1%! All statins have similar reductions: 0.4% risk of stroke, 1.2% decreased risk of heart attack, and 0.8% reduction in All-Cause Mortality. These are the games that they play. Be wise to the deception âŚâŚ
The most successful drug advert in history said Lipitor cuts the risk of heart attack by 36%, and the truth was in the footnote.
What the headline said:

Both statements describe the same trial. 3 down to 2 is a drop of about a third. It is also a difference of 1 person.

- 1 avoided a heart attack
- 2 had one anyway
- 97 were never going to have one
- 100 took the tablet every day for over three years
- 100 were exposed to the side effects
Nobody sat in a surgery was ever told "this will help 1 in 100 of you." They were told 36%, by a doctor who had been told 36%, by a rep who was paid on it.
Lipitor went on to sell well over $100 billion.

He made these notes as he was being briefed by his boss, then FBI Director James Comey who was at the meeting on January 5th 2017 in the Oval Office. The part that was redacted was where POTUS - President of the United States - orders the FBI to âdo cases with the right peopleâ. So much for separation of powers. The problem was the FBI agent investigating Gen Michael Flynn had already determined there was âno derogatory informationâ on him & he was âno longer a viable candidate as part of the larger Crossfire Hurricane umbrella caseâ. Secretary Kennedy asked for comment on how to revise the CDC vaccine schedule. Here is what we submitted on behalf of @ICANdecide on that score:
I. Every Vaccination Recommendation and Decision Should be Based on Shared Clinical Decision-Making (SCDM)
The central principle is straightforward: vaccines should be treated like every other medical intervention administered to an individual patient. The appropriate approach, therefore, is SCDM, where there is no âdefaultâ decision to vaccinate, but where âthe decision about whether or not to vaccinate may be informed by the best available evidence of who may benefit from vaccination; the individualâs characteristics, values, and preferences; the health care providerâs clinical discretion; and the characteristics of the vaccine being consideredâ with no âprescribed set of considerations or decision points in the decision-making process.â[1]
This process should apply to every vaccineâperiod. HHS should therefore not treat SCDM as a special category reserved for a subset of vaccines or classes of vaccines; it is the appropriate clinical process for every vaccine decision. We urge HHS to adopt and implement this principle across the entire federal vaccine recommendation framework.
A. Ethics and Informed Consent Demand SCDM
The RFI states that personal autonomy, informed consent, and the values and preferences of patients and parents âapply across all vaccine recommendations, including routine ones.â However, with the current categories, most of which are âdefaultâ decisions to vaccinate, that statement has no practical effect. A federal recommendation should not predetermine the medical decision of any particular patient.
This principle is consistent with ordinary clinical practice and ethics. The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (âAHRQâ) describes SCDM as a collaborative process in which patients and clinicians make healthcare decisions informed by evidence, clinical expertise, and the patientâs values, goals, and circumstances.[2] The American Medical Association likewise recognizes informed consent as fundamental to medical ethics.[3] The fact that a vaccine is recommended by public health authorities does not eliminate the need for individualized clinical assessment or informed consent. Each patientâs medical history, risk factors, prior reactions, values, and preferences may affect the appropriate decision in ways a population-level recommendation cannot capture.[4]
The current federal framework classifies a majority of vaccine recommendations as a âdefaultâ decision to vaccinate. Other medical frameworks reject this approach: Clinical Practice Guidelines, for example, are designed to inform clinician-patient decision-making by presenting the evidence and the likely benefits and harms of available options, without dictating a one-size-fits-all course of care.[5]
There should not be any âroutineâ or ârisk-basedâ recommendations. Population-level criteria cannot capture every clinically relevant characteristic of each patient, and applying them directly to individual decisions risks creating the false impression that harm-benefit tradeoffs are uniform across everyone who meets a given classification. In reality, individuals within the same risk group often differ substantially in their risk for the relevant outcome and in the balance of benefits and harms of treatment. Population-level classifications should never substitute for the individualized evaluation of all relevant patient attributes that determines whether an intervention offers a true net benefit to a specific patient.[6]
A clinician should never administer a vaccine based on a government recommendation but rather should only administer every vaccine based on SCDM which allows for informed consent and an evaluation of each individualâs medical history, competing risks, and personal values.
B. Many Childhood Vaccines Do Not Prevent Infection or Transmission and/or Have Limited or Uncertain Community-level Impact
While all vaccines should be administered based on SCDM, without any exception, CDCâs existing guidelines already provide that most vaccines should be SCDM because they do not meaningfully prevent transmission. As CDCâs guidance provides: âACIP makes shared clinical decision-making recommendations when individuals may benefit from vaccination, but broad vaccination of people in that group is unlikely to have population-level impacts.â
For example, DTaP, Tdap, IPV, and MenACWY do not meaningfully prevent transmission, as detailed in the following link with supporting citations: sirillp.com/wp-content/uploaâŚ. Also see an FDA Briefing Document, dated September 20, 2024, titled Use of Controlled Human Infection Models to Support Licensure of Pertussis Vaccines which explains that âaP [acellular pertussis] containing vaccines induce helper T cells (TH2) memory and neutralizing antibody responses that effectively prevent symptomatic disease but fail to prevent colonization and carriage.â[7]
In a similar vein, HPV is almost exclusively transmitted through sexual contact, and, in most cases, an 11-year-old is not sexually active and may not face any meaningful near-term exposure risk. The decision to vaccinate at age 11 versus later should therefore be based on individualized considerationsâanticipated timing of exposure, medical history, and parental valuesârather than a uniform community-wide transmission concern. Hence, even putting the significant risks of this product aside, HPV vaccines should be recommended pursuant to SCDM so that clinicians and parents can evaluate risks, benefits, and timing for the individualized child, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
As a final example, studies reflect that influenza vaccine has not been shown to meaningfully prevent transmission among children[8] and influenza vaccination during pregnancy involves widely varying clinical circumstances and risk profiles, and patients differ in their medical history, prior vaccine reactions, trimester-specific considerations, and personal values. A meaningful recommendation therefore requires an individualized discussion of expected risks and benefits, available alternatives, and the patientâs preferencesânot a reflexive âroutineâ assumption. This approach is consistent with an evidence-based framework that prioritizes informed consent and individualized care, especially where community transmission benefits are not the driving rationale for giving this vaccine during pregnancy.
The bottom line is that every vaccine should forthwith be moved to the SCDM category so that they will be administered through counseling based on the individualâs circumstances. HHS should eliminate all categories except for SCDM and treat all vaccines like every other drug or medical procedure.

That is me, Mr. Dasak. You did not have permission to use my photo. That was a private space photo not to be used for malicious reasons and that is breaking the law. I only gave 2 people permission to use that photo and that was not you. On behalf of the vaccine injured, that fought to stay alive with no help, doctors not knowing how to help, no testing of the spike protein, no testing of the blood, self-diagnosing, self-treating, no treatment or any financial help to survive and doctors are literally clueless. For readers that may not understand the damage that happens when the vaccine enters the body let me explain to them what happens before I continue. After injection spike exomes travel through the vascular system. The spikes get caught in the tissues, organs, skin, everywhere and the immune system attacks them, recognizing they are not human. This forms micro clots (amyloids) and cause proteins to misfold (misfolding proteins) and autoantibodies. So now the spike exomes, micro clots, autoantibodies, and misfolding proteins are wrecking the body. There is no quality of life living like this. Our readers are just learning this, but they are starting to connect the dots on the exploding cancer, sudden deaths, strokes, heart attacks, embolisms and the other 1200 side effects that Pfizer tried to hide for 75 years until the courts said OH NO YOU DONâT. I know you already know.

The Japan treatment that you are mocking has extremely good results for a lot of patients. Patients with spike exomes, autoantibodies, and misfolding proteins circulating in their body causing havoc are making good progress. You canât go around living with these things in your body. People are literally dying, or on their way to death with no US treatment. No one wants to die. The plasmapheresis treatment has been used in Japan for decades to remove the antibodies and proteins. Itâs just a bonus to get the other contaminants out of the blood. The catheter is placed in the jugular to catch the blood coming out of the brain to help relieve the symptoms of brain damage and make the treatment more effective and shorter. It removed my CASPR2 antibody to a negative level and relieved me of my dementia-like symptoms, brain fog, fatigue and more. The 2ndpart of the treatment was given SGF IV infusions which is a pre growth stem cell derived from the dentin in baby teeth and cultured into a solution. The SGF kicks in our own stem cells to heal our body, especially the vascular system which is damaged in every patient. This treatment is only offered in Japan. It doesnât work for everyone, and the results vary but it is in fact bringing a lot of people back to life and giving some form of improvement to most of the patients.

Diagnosed with heart failure after the 2 jabs. Then myocarditis, pericarditis, years of tachycardia and then on to myopericarditis which led to a biopsy that showed fibrosis and scaring, small vessel microvascular disease and bradycardia. My heart rate would fly up to 190 bpm and drop to 40 bpm. BP would soar to 220/160 and take me down. Small fiber neuropathy (SFN-2) On to autoimmune limbic encephalitis) which led to brain disorder, horrific pain, swelling, brain fog, cognitive decline erasing all ability to feel emotion like in a zone, or a bucket over my head. Fatigue and brain fog that is unimaginable. This is the cause and effect or Mrna with SV40 that grows tumors and Plasma DNA that causes cancer.
Mocking me, and the man that saved my life, because the government couldnât help me is cruel. Mr. Dasik, I couldnât work for 6 years. There were times when I had to hold my head up while sitting in a chair. I felt tired laying flat on my back. I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on every treatment I could find to survive. I said goodbye to my family, wrecked my retirement account and I wanted to die and almost took myself out many times in horrific pain. To be mocked by a man like you who was part responsible for this is unacceptable. You couldâve told the truth. Tell the world why you did this. Come out in good faith, set your soul free and man up. We are owed an explanation. Mocking me for having to embarrass and humiliate myself to raise money with a GoFundMe to stay alive is unimaginable. Mr. Dasik, do you have any empathy? I had to fly to another country to be saved because of this absent government that created this mess and lied and covered it all up and you are a big part of that. You were part of this fiasco and are responsible for a lot of people dying, so many children.
