"The truth and the light" vs. one of college football's most storied programs 🤩

I can say with utmost confidence when I was at State our fans were the best in college athletics. Especially our women’s basketball fans. Loyal, traveled with us everywhere. The NCAA loved us at the Final Four because we showed up in a big way, sold out arenas everywhere. #100%

When I’ve watched what Mississippi State is doing through the first 4 weeks- and I can’t help but smile when I think about Isaac Smith.
A young man who was recruited by the late great Mike Leach- who blossomed into a fearless leader since arriving in 2023. Another Mississippi kid whose loyalty for his team never once wavered. He stuck around because he believed in @Coach_Leb, and he knew what Starkville was capable of. Special player, special person- and I’m so glad he and others who laid the foundation are seeing their work pay off
Now *that* is what it’s all about, if you ask me. 🏴☠️❤️ @HailStateFB

COLUMN: Kamario Taylor and Trinidad Chambliss are turning the state of Mississippi into QB nirvana via @Clowfb🔥
The two were roommates at the Manning Passing Academy back in June. Now, they have Mississippi State and Ole Miss fans dreaming of what could be.

That #1 defense got absolutely scorched! You know by the numbers
Sorry couldn’t hear you. Say that again.

Yes Kamario Taylor is super athletic and a special talent.
BUT the offense is simple and he’s only played 5 games (never a place like Willy-B)
@_willcompton broke down South Carolina’s Defensive 🔑’s to victory perfectly.
Miss. State hype train hits the brakes on Saturday 🫡
Does this dude even watch football? 🤡

If Kamario Taylor isn’t #1 on your Heisman list next week your list doesn’t count.

🚨 THE MISSISSIPPI MIRACLE THEY DON’T WANT YOU TO SEE
American 15-year-olds just posted near-WORST scores ever on a key global reading and math test.
Meanwhile Mississippi, once ranked 47th in 4th grade reading… is now 9th.
Adjust for demographics?
NUMBER ONE in the nation in 4th grade reading and math.
NUMBER ONE in 8th grade math.
A Black child in Mississippi is 2.5X more likely to be proficient in reading by 4th grade than a child in California.
They spend about $11,000 LESS per student than Massachusetts and they’re beating them.
How?
Science of reading.
3rd grade retention if you can’t read.
Charters in failing districts.
School choice for special needs.
RAISED standards, not lowered them.
Governor Tate Reeves: conservative reforms + accountability work for EVERY kid.
Blue states keep dumbing it down.
Mississippi raised the bar, and the kids met it.
This is the model. Copy it.
