This is really amazing from Seriake Dickson.
The boat boys told him that only one jacket was remaining and they don't know between him and Peter Obi who should take the jacket.
Dickson smiled at the boy and told him to give the life jacket to Peter Obi.
The boat boy hesitated. Dickson called him and told him that Peter Obi is currently the most important person in Nigeria today and he's carrying the hope of over 200 million people.
Dickson told the boat boys that he won't forgive himself if anything happens to Peter Obi. Dickson collected the life jacket himself and wore it on Peter Obi.

The only obstacle standing on Nigerians way to remove Tinubu is INEC.
If we can force INEC to do the right thing, Tinubu will be out before 2pm on election day.
Amunpitan should not be unfortunate.

So, the insecurity that happened in the East 2 or 3yrs ago were sponsored by some politicians.
When Nnamdi Kanu was screaming that he had no hand in what was happening then, MANY of you Igbo kept pointing accusing fingers at him.
MANY of you Igbo owe Nnamdi Kanu a HUGE apology.

Same way fuel moved from ₦230 under Buhari to ₦1,350 under Tinubu. Cement from ₦4,500 to ₦15,000, Corolla from ₦2.5M to about ₦10m yet people think house rent should not move with the way other things move. You will be shocked those insulting the landlord includes those that are praising, supporting the government of the day and ready to vote them again for continuation of their "good works". No big juju big this??
The landlord also go to the same market, buys fuel, medications, pays school fee, and other fees and he needs to survive with the high cost of essential goods and services.

Today, the Ewekoro prince who wants his turn at reaping Lagos, Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, will assemble a crowd of shameless, hungry bootlickers and so-called elders to launch a tired and repackaged bunch of fake promises, and call it his "manifesto".
Hamzat is an "experienced" politician, having the last 21 years working for the Bola Tinubu political machine, first as commissioner, and for the last 7 years as Deputy Governor of Lagos State.
In all of those years, he has had ample opportunity to do things that could have measurably improved the lives of Lagosians. He did not.
Instead, he has been an ACTIVE and willing participant in the Tinubu regime's vigorous efforts to subject Lagosians to the worst kind of suffering imaginable in the history of Lagos State.
The last 27 years have been, for most Lagosians, a series of disastrous regimes, each worse than the last, in terms of failed promises, rank incompetence, arrogance of power and unabashed corruption.
Asked about traffic in Lagos, he called it a "lifestyle", of which Lagosians should be "proud"! Most people were shocked, but I was not.
As Commissioner for Works in the Fashola administration, he knows exactly what he did. Ibeju-Lekki to Lekki Phase 1 became a 3 hour journey under his watch.
In his time, he somehow managed to spend $195m (approx. $143m per km) of Lagos Taxpayers' funds on the 1,680 netre Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge crossing the shallow Lagos Lagoon.
Meanwhile, in China the Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Bridge the world's longest Sea Bridge at the time, cost approximately $36m per kilometre to build. 26km of this bridge crossed the very deep Jiaozhou Bay!
The current government of Lagos State, has been sitting as a spectator since 2023 after their "re-election", while Alex Otti of Abia State has ensured that 9 LGAs in his state have enjoyed 24 hour electricity. Don't forget that Hamzat is the current Deputy Governor of Lagos State.
Instead, Hamzat is part of a government that is punishing residents for installing Solar Panels to provide electricity for themselves, following the refusal of his government to provide same.
Lagos State sits almost literally, in water. However, there is no running government water in any part of Lagos. Residents have to either buy water from mai ruwa (water vendors selling water from carts), use "pure water", or sink boreholes.
The government in which Hazmat sits as deputy governor recently reminded Lagosians to PAY for BOREHOLE PERMITS!!!
When Hamzat unveils his manifesto today, it would be interesting to see if he plans to reverse the unjust, unfair and wicked Solar panel and borehole taxes introduced by his boss.
Based on his unflattering record of managing public funds as commissioner for works, it is fair to say that Lagosians can expect a massive increase in these unjust taxes, as well as the introduction and enforcement of even more unjust taxes.
When he was commissioner for works, most roads in Lagos State were in a shambolic state and Lagos State has never really recovered from his maladministration and mismanagement of public funds. Recently, he stated categorically that Lagos Traffic is a "lifestyle" of which Lagosians ought to be "proud"!
Roads are bound to get worse under him. This is the experience he has. This is all he knows.
In contrast, @GRVlagos, an architect and urban planner of 20 years experience, has ALREADY designed a Belt Road System for the Lekki axis, inegtrated with a grid featuring a number of short bridges into the Ikorodu Mainland.
He has already planned two additional alternative routes into the Badagry axis, along with bridges into several remote islands in the riverine areas of Lagos State.
