Every time I see the sign for or hear the phrase "oompa-loompa-body-ass bitch," I think: I will never come up with a better combination of words. The rhythm, the cadence, the alliteration, the... onomatopoeia? So good.
not sure if it's just my bubble but millennials seem to be the generation shifting towards shoes-at-the-door. For my parents generation it was absolutely normal though.

11. Wearing shoes indoors.
In America, the sight of someone lounging on their couch with shoes on barely raises an eyebrow.
This shoe-wearing habit creates culture shock for international visitors.
Research shows that shoes carry an average of 421,000 different bacteria, including E. coli.
Urban shoe-wearers track in:
•Fecal bacteria from public restroom floors
•Industrial toxins from street surfaces
•Lawn pesticides and fertilizers
•Oil and automotive residues

Anxiety tip: Next time you cringe over some embarrassing moment you had years ago try to remember other people's embarrassing moments. You can’t can you? That’s because you’re the only embarrassing human to exist, everyone else is always thinking about how cringey you are.
