Justice prevailed! Beyond excited to see my friends be liberated from this ordeal. Praise God for his protection and wisdom through all of it. 🕊️ 🐍 @charlieykim @MeghanMess
After 32 months of a grueling nightmare defending ourselves against the U.S. Govt and DOJ, yesterday after an 11 day jury trial in DC Federal Court, we were acquitted on all counts. Not guilty on: conspiracy, bribery and gratuity. When Judge McFadden said: “You’re free to go” everyone was sobbing. Still surreal, to finally get our freedom back. 🇺🇸❤️💪

Loved this section where Josh meets Rick Rubin and asks him about his deepest insecurity, being unable to explain his intuition. Rick’s advice to learn to be yourself, so much harder than it sounds. Anyone in the arena, exposed to the public, will struggle to keep that authentic voice, authentic opinion. Great advice…

I like this :”Independent thinking skills that connects to business results = strategic thinking skills (but not following instructions given to you by others = sheep like followership skills from industrial age)”
Thanks @gkunks finding this write up…talking about the New Human Skills in the AI Era. Article dances around #1 human skill: Judgment = independent thinking skills made up of (1) fast decision making and (2) strategic thinking skills 🧵 learning.linkedin.com/resour…

Coach Macky founder of ⁦@SteadyBuckets⁩ stopped coaching NBA players to dedicate his life to fix youth sports. Over 10 years ago he created the largest youth sports program in NYC, to allow for diversity of kids, it's completely free. Much ❤️ #AvengeInjustice

Some of our latest leadership work is focused on how to optimize productivity for both short term (performance) and long term (training). Clear number one lever and driver is people and teams. But you have to know what type and level of decision making skills they have 🧵

So true from @charlieykim “unlearning so much harder than learning”. Unlearning forces introspection, admitting need change and undoing rituals that are in our comfort zone. Add on top likely won’t get results right away with changing
