@safelite So I dropped my car off this morning at 7:30 with a reservation via your website. It’s 6:35pm and I’m still waiting for a call to let me know it’s ready. Terrible communication! And apparently just as bad at scheduling.

Hey @FedEx my direct signature required package, a camera that cost $1500, was left in full view on my porch. Nobody was home, and the driver falsely showed that I had signed for it. I have video proof.
