A well trained security detail shuns the media, no written books, no TV appearance, no publications either in print or digital media.
The exception is with express written authorisation by the boss, for Maurice the boss is deceased, he was to remain lip tied forever!!

Maurice Ogetta: I lost Sh14.7 million when I was abducted; it was in the car, and they took it. It took me 10 years back because those were my savings.
My boss Raila Odinga cancelled his London trip after hearing I was abducted.

Met the lady who frustrated me at KSL firm work. She was frustrated with getting Puppilage. As a beliver in not revanging I have put a good word of her to one of my friends and she has been asked to go pick workbook and start with immediate effect.
KSL students, there is life beyond Bogani and its environs, don't practice sorcery in your firms. Don't frustrate your firm mates. Treat them as you wish to be treated.

I have been reading loads of case law while writing submissions on a USELESS suit filed by a party to buy time and waste everyone's time. But in reading the judgments of the courts, I was taken back and pleasantly surprised to see how three judges for me are the outstanding judges for the past decade. They write well, erudite, eloquent and great legal articulacy. They show jurisprudential flair, swagger and panache. They are progressive and will be remembered for long time to come. In a country that rarely celebrates real heroes, in a judiciary enveloped by JurisPESA manenos...Three judges who were most consequential and impactful in the past decade and contributed most in developing the law and giving Kenya hope and faith in our courts are...Kathurima M'inoti, Odunga and Mativo. They have decided to make a name and do justice. Others decided to make money auctioning justice, buying properties and living large...choices have consequences. – at Ngong, Kenya

So, while Orengo was throwing tantrums, Kivutha Kibwana talked with Sifuna and agreed to bring him to his party Muungano Party. To ensure that the name meets the Linda Mwananchi message, he applied for rebranding, and now it is The Mwananchi Party (TMP). I think replacing Orengo with Kibwana is one big smart move.

I invite those making silly jokes about the Juris Doctor degree to do us a favour:
1. Sit for the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) and publish your scores on @X.
2. Apply for admission for the JD program at any leading law school in Canada such as the University of Toronto, Osgoode Hall Law School, McGill Faculty Law or UBC Law School and report the results.
Alternatively, apply for admission to any leading Law School in the USA.
Then report the decision.
Admission to the study of law in North America routinely requires one to have a first degree, usually a 4-year honours with high GPA. Then an extremely high score in the LSAT, plus an accompanying essay.
Law schools in North America often admit students with distinctions or 4 level GPAs and the 3-year study is far more rigorous than in the British system where high school graduates are admitted. Often, people with PhDs in other disciplines and graduates of Medicine and Engineering study law in North America.
But it’s a 3-year degree on top of 4 years of an undergraduate degree—that’s 7 years of tertiary education. In Canada, you then must do articles of clerkship (the equivalent of pupilage) then successfully attending the Bar Admission Program, before writing and passing the Bar exams before being admitted and licensed to practice law.
So, whereas we don’t want to comment on Ojwang’, those casting aspersions on North American legal education are either motivated by ignorance, envy or malice, or all of the above.

I always call-out idiots on both sides of the political divide and I'm measured in my condemnation of both. In addressing the political elites from Mt. Kenya, I address them taking cognizance of their education and general outlook. After all, i met many in University of Nairobi as a student and a teacher. I always take judicial notice of their political awareness and education. The rare moments i address Hon Sudi and his ilk, i address him as I address the herdersmen who look after my camel in Bangal...slowly, carefully, a calibrated mix of multiple languages here and there, few sign language, draw images on the sand, show photos from phone while gesturing and nodding...hopping and praying the message will not be lost in translation. It isn't easy but we have a cardinal duty to breakdown difficult ideas and simplify it for the less fortunate members of our community who were born before President Mwai Kibaki introduced free compulsory primary education. Both Hon Sudi and My herdersmen in Bangal are smart, good and decent men. Unfortunately, both just didn't have relatives to take them to primary school. It will cruel on our part to treat my herdsmen and Hon. Sudi as children of a lesser god. I for one refuse to do so!

It’s important to note that @HonAdenDuale told us 11 years ago that he knows the funders of Somali terrorists who bomb and kill Kenyans. They also control the smuggling of goods from Somalia to Kenya tax-free. The smugglers pay Al-Shabaab a protection fee that funds terrorism.
