⏳ 8 days later… Still unable to withdraw my funds from @BitMartExchange. My first withdrawal request was submitted before the shutdown announcement.
🚨 @BitMartExchange I bought 20.6B QUBIC (~10K USD) and tried to withdraw before the shutdown announcement. It was rejected and refunded. My new withdrawal is stuck in Created with no TXID or processing. Ticket submitted.

Update #2: @BitMartExchange finally responded through live chat and email. My pending withdrawal is still under review, but there’s still no ETA. The live chat closed immediately after sending the message. New withdrawal requests are now instantly rejected and refunded.
Has anyone affected by the @BitMartExchange shutdown managed to reach support through live chat, ticket, or email? I’ve tried all three without a response. If you got through, how did you reach them and how long did it take? 🤔

My first withdrawal was refunded after timing out. I submitted a new withdrawal (TID: 31965881) over 24 hours ago, but it’s still stuck in Created with no TXID. My withdrawal limit has also been significantly reduced. Please look into this. 😔
