Tpci finally got me. I dedicated 25 years of my life to this game. Teaching the game around the Italy, raising players and building community all for nothing. But Apparently I'm everything that is bad in this game. The worst part, I was ready to travel for Nice because they didn't even have the dignity to notify my perma ban. I was a target for some people working for Tpci for the past 10 years. It happened again during the last World championship and I complain about that with a tweet that I deleted 6 hours later. For that I got a perma ban. I'm devastated. Pokemon is literally my life. I can't stop crying. Good luck to everyone in Nice, I will make a goodbye post in the future.

As a Nadal fan, I'm not one of the nostalgia bots who believes Sincaraz couldn't beat Nadal at Roland Garros. Sure, they'd lose more often than win. But they have the easy, explosive forehands to make Rafa run, that Novak never did, and the backhands that Roger never did.
On this day in 2005, an 18-year-old Rafael Nadal defeated Gael Monfils in Monte Carlo first round. He then won his next 80 matches on clay (until May 2007). It remains the single greatest winning streak on a surface in men’s tennis history 🙌

Winning Grand Slams on the ATP TOUR is never easy. To compare to the past generations is really apples and oranges. The SPEED of the game is more dynamic. That means movement is more a premium. Technical adaptations would be mandatory. So all the greats from the past would hit and play a little different and mentally react accordingly. @atptour

Patrick Mouratoglou says that the current generation are better than those from 10 years ago: "Throughout history, tennis has always progressed, and the current generation is always better than the generation before. "That would be very strange to have a top 10 today that is not as good as the top 10 ten years ago. Doesn't really make sense, so that's probably not true." [Instagram]

I’m glad Iga and Jannik won the same Grand Slam simultaneously after everything they’ve unfairly gone through. It perfectly encapsulates how Internet trolls have no control whatsoever on real life events and it presents them with how miserable their existences are 🤗

Hey mate it’s a shame that you never became a good enough player to experience playing Jannik. I’m sure you would’ve put up a better performance and know exactly how to beat him. Wishing you all the best!!!

16-year-old Cruz Hewitt posts picture of him training with Jannik Sinner on Rod Laver Arena... 29-year-old Nick Kyrgios immediately spams it with disparaging comments and needle emojis. This is way over the line, and it's time the tennis world calls out his harassment campaign.

We should take time and read the facts !
🎾 Jannik Sinner and ITIA: Why There Was No Preferential Treatment In recent months, allegations have surfaced claiming that Jannik Sinner received preferential treatment from ITIA regarding his alleged positive results in two anti-doping tests, with the news being made public five months later. It is essential to clarify the situation to avoid misinformation and ensure a transparent, fact-based discussion. ----- 🌍 ITIA's Role and Standard Procedure The ITIA (International Tennis Integrity Agency) is the independent body responsible for maintaining integrity in professional tennis, including managing potential anti-doping violations. Their standard procedures include: 🧪 Testing and Confirmation: Collected samples undergo an initial test (A sample), and, in case of a positive result, a confirmatory test (B sample). This process can take weeks or months to ensure accuracy and respect for the athlete's rights. 🔍 Investigation: If the B sample confirms the result, an investigation is launched to determine the cause of the positive result (e.g., intentional use or contamination). 📢 Information Disclosure: The news is made public only after the athlete is formally notified and has had the opportunity to respond, in accordance with WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) guidelines. ----- ⏳ Why the Five-Month Delay? The five-month delay before the public disclosure reflects the complexity and rigor of the process: ⚙️ Technical Timeframes: Confirming results and conducting detailed analyses takes time. 🔒 Confidentiality: ITIA protects the athlete's privacy until the preliminary phase concludes, avoiding reputational damage in case of favorable outcomes. 🎾 Tournament Integrity: This ensures that ongoing tournaments are not influenced by premature or incomplete news. ----- 💬 Statements from ITIA's CEO Karen Moorhouse, ITIA’s CEO, directly addressed the allegations of preferential treatment in an interview: "Each doping case is analyzed separately; every case is different. Jannik Sinner and Iga Swiatek did not receive special treatment compared to players like Simona Halep after their failed anti-doping tests." Moorhouse emphasized that ITIA applies the same rules and procedures for all athletes, regardless of their status: "Some believe players with a higher status receive softer treatment? Each case is different and based on individual facts. Cases can also be quite complex, so it’s not fair to compare two situations as details are always critical." ----- ❗Djokovic's Comments Novak Djokovic recently voiced concerns about the handling of doping cases in tennis, specifically referencing Jannik Sinner's case. While raising valid points, some of his comments have fueled confusion: "It’s pretty obvious we have a system that doesn’t work well. There are too many inconsistencies, too many governing bodies involved. The whole case around Sinner is not helping our sport at all." He also added: "I understand players’ frustration with the lack of consistency. […] There are many problems in the system. We see the lack of standardized and clear protocols." While these statements highlight systemic issues, they risk amplifying perceptions of opacity and favoritism, fostering speculation. ----- 📚 The Responsibility to Stay Informed It is crucial to rely on official and credible sources. ITIA regularly publishes updates on its official channels itia.tennis and collaborates with WADA to ensure transparency. ----- 🎯 The allegations of favoritism towards Jannik Sinner are unfounded and unsupported by facts. The process followed by ITIA adhered to the timelines and methods established by international regulations. We encourage all tennis enthusiasts to stay informed through official sources before jumping to conclusions. #JannikSinner #ITIA #TennisIntegrity #Antidoping #FairPlay #Tennis #WADA #SportIntegrity #NoToDoping #Transparency #CleanSport #TennisFans #ATP #TennisNews #SportsJustice
