First day back at work today since last Tuesday. I’m anxious and really don’t want to log on. The emails will be crazy. I had 30 when I logged off and I bet it’s doubled. I just can’t keep up.

Ok so I’ve got False Idols Halloween on Saturday. I stupidly thought it’d be a concert with Kim Petras. I didn’t realise it’s a 9 hour rave with 20 DJs. I’ve never been to a rave and not a DnB fan. I have no idea what to wear. This is stressing me out.

I RDL’d 100kg for 6, 6 and 8 reps. Happy but I’m pissed off with leg curl and the leg extension was taken so I left.

Just got back from Madrid and I loved it.

I managed to DB bench press 1x8 @ 28kg, 1x6 @ 30kg and 1x4 @ 32kg. The first time I’ve ever touched the 32kg on a BD bench. Happy with myself.
