GCP-US Central - Degraded performance on the shared ingress systems

Huge thanks to the team at @doitint. Their advice has saved us real money and time (& stress) at Gigalixir (and @quotaguard).
If you’re running infra-heavy workloads and want someone who actually knows what they’re doing, talk to them.
“Did I do that?” 😬
Now you’ll know.
Gigalixir just shipped full audit tracing so you can see who made every change. Simple, just:

No more guessing. 🔍
Love getting these just a tad bit more than we dislike asking for them, so it's always great to get new testimonials 🎉testimonial.to/share/gigalix…
It appears the multiple downstream incidents have been resolved 🎉. All Gigalixir services and components should be fully functional.
As always, we'll keep monitoring and hit us at our Support if you see anything not behaving as expected so we can investigate.
Cloudflare & GCP services are appear recovering around the globe.
Google notes that us-central1 has not recovered as of yet.
We expect further recovery and a steady drop in impact in issues for new builds/deploys.
AWS, GCP, and Cloudflare are showing large outages. These are all downstream providers for us.
At the moment, new builds/deploys are not going out.
Applications continue to run, but degraded performance can be expected.
Cloudflare, AWS, and GCP each seem to have issues.
We'll keep updating our Status as we learn more: status.gigalixir.com/

🚀 Running a cloud platform means dealing with the annoyance of bad actors on a routine basis.
However, that approach inevitably annoys the misfits, so here's how we handle TOS violations, shady users, and the inevitable 1-star revenge reviews.

Just like 3 years ago someone kept saying elixir can’t be deployed so I replied “elixir is impossible to deploy anyway” whenever someone mentioned elixir.
And I made a screencast where I deployed an app to gigalixir in 20 minutes 🤣

True, but there's a reason...and we think it was a good one.
