For most of my career, I’ve operated inside large systems. Scaling them. Optimizing them. Holding together the parts that didn’t quite fit. Over time, a pattern became impossible to ignore. The hardest failures weren’t happening because people lacked intelligence or effort. They were happening between systems. Between tools. Between signals that never quite connected in time.
