I'm sure there is some technology from the new @telsa roadster that can be applied to newer cars. But the reality is, this new car will not be available to the normal person to use as a daily driver. Looks great and very cool demo. Flipping cars are not the future. It needs to be able to fly miles to be worth it. I'm sure they are working on it. Still pretty cool to watch.

Has anyone tried taking their own mini @Starlink on a @Delta flight so they can get wifi?

Re-watched the non-PI call and I dont think it was pass interference. The ball was uncatchable. Lots of bad calls all game for both sides. Players also need to learn how to handle their emotions and keep their cool. As do coach's. No need to chase him down twice to make a point. He knew already he messed up. Did it cost them the game. I dont think so. Both teams fought hard and Ga outplayed them in the end. Good game for both teams. Go Dawgs.

A D2 coordinator posted something that should scare every recruit reading this. His school’s database held 50,000+ recruits for a single class. One class. One year. 50,000 names. He can’t watch 50,000 highlight tapes. Nobody can. So he doesn’t try. He eliminates. Fast. Every coach runs a checkbox system before he presses play on your film. Checkbox 1 is size. You can’t control height, but weight is 100% on you. If you’re undersized for your position, every other box has to be perfect just to survive the cut. Checkbox 2 is position need. A coach can love your film and still cut you if he already took 3 quarterbacks in your grad year. Zero room left. That’s why sending 100 messages to one level is a losing bet. Fire wide across every level. Some staff has a hole at your spot right now. Checkbox 3 is grades, and it’s the one most families ignore. Below FBS, academic money stacks on top of athletic money. A 3.5 GPA kid is cheaper to offer than a 2.5 GPA kid with the same exact film. Talent gets you recruited. Grades get you offered. Aim for a 3.0 minimum, and know that 3.5+ often maxes your offer. Check your NCAA core GPA, not your transcript number. Core excludes PE and electives. Floors are 2.3 for D1 and 2.2 for D2. Checkbox 4 is your X profile. When a coach hears your name, he searches X, not Google. He gives you about 30 seconds to prove you’re worth the click. A helmet photo, no measurables, and a bare Hudl link gets you cut before he ever opens your film. Only after all of that does he reach checkbox 5: your first 5 plays. A D1 recruiter and a director of player personnel both told me the same number. 30 seconds. 3 to 5 plays before he decides. Order your best play first, because there is no later. Notice the order here. Size, position need, grades, X profile, then film. Film is dead last. Most recruits obsess over their highlight tape and fail every box that comes before it. And here’s the part that flips this whole thing. You can pass every single box and still get skipped, because he simply forgot you exist. A coach needs to see your name about 7 times before it sticks. One message is not a strategy. It’s hope.

QUIT YOUR BITCHING!!!!!! Grandpa didn’t have a $90 month internet bill, a $130 phone bill, seven app subscriptions at $72 month, an Amazon addiction for $200 month, he didn’t have Netflix, Paramount or HBO for another $112 month and his haircuts didn’t need a ‘stylist’! I’m worn out hearing people moan, “Our grandparents could buy a house on one paycheck, but now we can’t even afford rent on two!” Yeah, maybe because Grandma wasn’t dropping half her income on $14 iced lattes and avocado toast shaped like art projects. Back then, if they wanted coffee, they boiled it at home in a dented pot. It tasted like burnt rubber and regret — but it woke you up and cleaned your pipes. And Grandma wasn’t “out to brunch.” You think she had time for mimosas and hashtags? She was making something called whatever’s left in the fridge and feeding six people with it. Don’t even start with Uber Eats. You think Grandpa was out here paying $38 to have a burger delivered three blocks away? Please. He grilled mystery meat on a rusted barbecue, and everyone called it dinner. Now people cry about being broke while sitting in a house full of gadgets. Two SUVs in the driveway, six streaming services, three air fryers, and matching tattoos that cost more than their light bill. You think Grandpa had a tattoo? He did. It said “Korea, 1951,” and it came with trauma, not Instagram likes. And the kids—Lord help us. “We can’t make ends meet, but Brayden needs the new iPhone!” No, he doesn’t. You’re handing an $1100 device to a child who still eats crayons and forgets to flush. When we were kids, there was one phone. It hung on the wall like a family relic. The cord stretched just far enough for you to whisper secrets before someone yelled, “Get off, I need to make a call!” And guess what? We lived. The TV? One. In the living room. With three channels and a dial that clicked like a safe. And if Dad wanted to watch bowling, you were a fan of bowling, end of story. Now there’s a flat screen in every room, the baby’s got an iPad, the dog’s got a camera, and everyone’s wondering why they can’t afford rent. Because you’re living like rock stars on retail salaries, that’s why. Grandpa wasn’t leasing Teslas or buying $12 smoothies called “Green Zen Awakening.” He drove a truck that coughed smoke, rattled like a storm, and smelled like oil and hard work. They lived within their means. Whatever Grandpa brought home on Friday — that’s what they had. They weren’t keeping up with the Joneses; they were keeping the lights on. So yeah, Grandpa bought a house on one salary. But he also didn’t have a gym membership, three delivery apps, and emotional support crystals on his nightstand. His only support system was Grandma, who told him to quit whining and mow the yard. Nowadays, everyone’s broke, anxious, and “manifesting abundance” while ordering tacos on DoorDash for the fourth time this week. It’s not the economy — it’s the lifestyle. Wake up, turn off your subscriptions, make your own coffee, and maybe—just maybe—you’ll smell the truth. It’s truth....God is Good, God is Great, I thank HIM for this day and everything I have!!

Just had a student-athlete receive his second college scholarship offer. Our head coach spoke with the college coach, and these were the questions they asked: • How is his home life? • How are his academics? • How is he in the weight room? • Is he coachable? • Does he pick up on concepts? • Are his parents a problem? • Is he a complainer? • Does he run track? • What is his legitimate size? Not one question about his stats. Not a single one. College coaches are evaluating the whole person. Character. Family. Academics. Work ethic. Coachability. Football IQ. Physical development. Attitude. The scoreboard matters. The film matters. The production matters. But when a college coach is deciding whether they want to invest in a young man for the next four years, who he is matters just as much as what he does on Friday night. That’s why we talk so much about building the person, not just the player. The game may get you noticed. Your character determines what happens next. @CoachJonWheeler

Abandoned by @Delta in Nashville. They love to fly and then abandon you in a airport.

Come on @Delta get your act together in Nashville tonight. All these planes and no one to support us. 2 hours waiting on tarmac, you knew we had to deplane. No wheelchairs available

Has anyone @Delta actually tried eating any of the food in the economy seats on international flights? Disgusting.

Sitting in Atlanta airport and flight delayed. First delay was because of weather they said. Now delayed another hour because there's no first officer. How can you schedule a flight a year in advance and not know you need a freaking pilot. Do better @Delta

Full disclosure. I went and saw "Disclosure Day". My opinion, is it was pretty good. It wasnt what I was expecting, such as more of a documentary type movie. It had a good story line. Some of the CGI animals were kinda bad. The part where it deals with God and how people would react to it, I thought was handled with grace. My takeaway is that if you are a Christian, and there are other beings out there, it doesnt change your relationship with God at all. It was really powerful at the end up until the last line. I didn't get it. Go see it. Oh as I was leaving, a guy from Mexico (he told me where he was from) stopped me and asked what I thought. Weird? But then went on to tell me when he was younger he saw one like was depicted in the movie. Hmm, ok fella. Gotta run.
