I'm a fractional design and product partner. Founders hand me the problems that sit between brand and product, and I start on them within 48–72 hours. Positioning that stopped fitting after a pivot. A UI that's costing enterprise deals. A launch that needs a site, a deck and a working product at the same time. I embed with your team, usually in your Slack. Unlimited requests within scope on a monthly retainer. I was Director of Product Design at Wealthsimple before this, and I lead every engagement myself rather than routing work to juniors, which is why I take a deliberately small number of companies at a time. If you need one screen fixed, hire a freelancer. If design has become a permanent full-time function with a team to manage, hire in-house. I'm the right call when you need senior design decisions now and can't wait out a hire. gev.design
