We're excited to launch Upgraded for Business!
A founders, we know what it's like to pay a chunk of cash upfront for each new hire.
With Upgraded for Business you can pay monthly like you would for any other tool.
And then there's what we call DeviceOps:
- Collecting used devices.
- Cleaning the crumbs from the keyboard (and more).
- Storing somewhere safe (not someone's closet)
- Redeploying to a new hire.
DeviceOps is an often overlooked part of growing a business. We handle it for you.
Please say hi, and share the word. 👋
Pay monthly for your team’s Apple gear with Upgraded for Business [Sponsored] 9to5mac.com/2025/09/26/pay-m…
I asked our startup team: “What’s the most impactful tech purchase you’ve ever made?”
(Not necessarily what made you more productive, but what was the most impactful)
Here were a few top answers:
• First Nokia phone (John - CEO)
→ First entry into the mobile phone revolution. Very Silicon Valley.
• Switching from PC to MacBook Pro (Ben - Head of Growth)
→ Saved months of my life not waiting for my windows laptop to boot up. Unlocked the world of video editing too.
• Standing desk (Dante - Head of Ops)
→ Saves your posture and is great for longevity when working long hours
• Apple Watch (John - CEO)
→ Made customer support way easier, which made the company better
• PS2 (Bryan - Founding SWE)
→ First video game console, life changer as a kid + tons of good memories.
If even half of this turns out true, we’re in for:
• Big performance gains
• Longer battery life
• A new design language
• And maybe Macs at lower price points thanks to iPhone-style chips
At @GetUpgraded, we help people get the most out of their technology, all without the hassle of buying and reselling every 2 years.
If a big Apple drop is coming, we’ll make it easy to upgrade.

Upgraded makes it easy to get a new MacBook, even easier to upgrade it after two years! phonearena.com/news/The-affo…
50 million tons of e-waste are generated every year.
Most of it? Still working.
And most of it? Comes from the devices you use every day.
A quick breakdown of what’s really going on, and what we can do about it 👇
That’s why we built Upgraded
A MacBook upgrade program where:
- You get a new MacBook today
- Pay monthly (as low as $33.28/mo)
- And have the option to upgrade again in 2 years
While we refurbish your old one and keep it in circulation, instead of the trash ♻️
You can check it out here and join the thousands who have already upgraded.
