More restrictions from Twitter are coming on Sept 10th. Now, there will be a limit on how much you can tweet.

At this point we have no idea of what’s happening. Whether something is ’technically wrong’ with the app, or ’politically wrong’ within Twitter.
We hope for the former, but the issues cannot be fixed until reported properly by the company.
10 days of communication with @TwitterSupport led to nowhere: Signal is still blocked and rests in a read-only limbo.
This means you can’t tweet, reply, like etc. using the app.
Good news:Twitter introduced a handy Bookmarks feature.
Bad news: it's not available to 3rd party developers.
