We experienced a brief feed outage due to a software deployment lasting approximately 35 minutes. In this time, some podcasts were unavailable on Spotify. Our services have recovered and we believe all affected customer podcasts are fully available again.
As a remediation for this issue, we're adding additional validations that test a diverse sampling of real customer feeds in our preproduction environment, which we believe would have avoided this regression.
Amazon is having a bad day and is experiencing an outage in the data center we use. Podcast imports are not working. Analytics ingestion is delayed. 1/
