This one's called "find a use for the word Oblivion" I may add to it sometime: The words at times seem bottomless They come to me, a wanton kiss I come to them, in finite bliss Or get too tired, and own the miss How is it that I thought of this? If God sees I will plead the fifth. YOU'RE GETTING TIRED, JUST OWN THE MISS I cannot in good con sci ence Trust this into your governance I know your name, Sir Common Sense! So play the game, or get thee hence! (He's humbled by my par-lee-ance) I'm humble too, I drop my pants! I run a loop, then start to dance. I ought to shoo to bed, ey, Sense? I put on pants, I break the chain My thoughts are rats, mischief and pain Hot gigawatts burn in my brain Can't stop the thoughts, that damned refrain: The thoughts at times seem bottomless They come to me, a wanton kiss I come to them, in finite bliss In bed I turn and twist and spin And there behold the hole within It opens wide, a wholeass grin The sick part is it's my own sin That one was rough, don'tread again The sins at times seem bottomless They come to me, a wanton kiss I come to them, in finite……….. In all the roads I've walked I've seen One path that some quite dull have deemed– That's never fun–in their esteem– That's probbly true: it's lacking memes, Not even apps, not even screens (A hellscape to your average teen), Its angle sure, its borders lean, An arrow in the night that gleams Alone it leads me to sweet dreams The dream at times is limitless His open arms, his bleeding wrists A wound that drains on tranquil ribs Well WHAT WAS THAT? And WHAT IS THIS? Why must it always come to this? Yet this one time… the darkness rifts A chance, a hope: he dies, he lifts Us up I do not understand this gift, A paragon for a misfit! He calls to me, I don't resist: Gratitude and forgiven-ness. And finally, here lives true bliss.

Oh look, early voting will soon open and all of a sudden Talafreako's "huge lead" has evaporated. Have you ever noticed that those early polls are ALWAYS wrong in one direction and NEVER the other direction? Curious thing, that. It's an information war. The war is for control of your mind.

This isn't crazy at all, it's just outside of most people's experience. You just have to supply the relevant information, so people can understand. Here, I'll do it myself. (You should pay me more for this.) Picture a jar. Not a special jar that I have to explain to you. Just an ordinary jar. Put some gold in it. Just a little bit, ground to the consistency of fine sand. Now some iron. And some uranium. Don't worry, it's not very radioactive in this state. You can touch it with your hands. Just pour it in. Now some tungsten. Surprisingly heavy, huh? Some platinum. Then just keep adding other heavy elements. Sticking to the useful ones. Should be pretty easy. They're all useful for something. Jar about half full? Now pour in some really fine sand. Put a lid on it. Now shake the jar for 4 billion years. Don't worry, it's just an imaginary jar, and an imaginary 4 billion years, you're not going to get bored or anything. Now reach your fingers into the jar, and fish out a nugget of gold, or tungsten, or iron. Oh, wait. You can't. It's all at the bottom. Under a thick layer of sand. Can you picture it? Are you picturing it clearly? Close your eyes if it helps. Wait, no, open them again so you can read this. That jar is Earth. All the heavy stuff has sunk to the core. Where you can't get it. Now smash the jar on the floor, and pick up the precious metals and the useful ones.... easy, right? The smashed jar is asteroids. Right now, your brain is saying "Oh, I see, he's talking about asteroid mining. He's saying we're going to go out and mine asteroids." No. I'm saying we already are. When the Earth was molten, all the heavy stuff sunk to the core. We covered this. So how are we mining heavy stuff on Earth right now? The answer is that we are mining asteroids. We are mining asteroids that hit the Earth after it stopped being molten. So the stuff in them stayed on the surface. Pretty much every mine on Earth is an ancient asteroid strike. Now think of all the asteroids in the solar system. Divide them into two categories. The first category is the ones that have already hit Earth, sometime in the past. The second category is the ones that haven't. I'll save you the trouble of asking an AI. The first category is about .001%. The second is about 99.999%. Everything you have, everything you own, everything you ever made, everything that your entire civilization is made out of, unless it's made of wood or entirely out of light elements.... it all comes from that .001%. The 99.999% is out there in the rest of the solar system. Now do you understand? You, and I, and Elon Musk, and your sweet old granny, all of us, we grew up under conditions of grinding material poverty. We just don't see it that way because we have nothing else to compare it to. We're used to it. Are you starting to get the idea? Good, but we're not done yet. Now we're gonna talk about energy. Here on Earth, we pull hydrocarbons out of the ground and burn them for energy. We could build fission reactors, but dumbass hippies made some movies, and now the retarded theater kids who run our government won't let us do that. They want us to go back to windmills, because they are retarded. Windmills suck. Hell, even hydrocarbons suck. Fission is okayish, but the real energy source, the only one that matters in the long run, is hydrogen fusion. On Earth, we can't really build fusion reactors that actually produce energy, despite the best efforts of engineers. That's not because the engineers are dumbasses like the theater kids. No, engineers are smart. They still can't do it because it's really really hard, unlike running a government. Perhaps someday they'll succeed, but in the meantime, we're stuck burning hydrocarbons, until we hang all the theater kids and build fission plants instead. But in space, there's a giant free fusion reactor waiting for us. In fact, we've been using it for millions of years. We call it the "sun". In space, energy is free. Oh, you have to invest in some solar panels, and they're only useful close to a star, but that's just nitpicky little details. Basic idea is that there's no power bill. Build solar panels once, run 'em almost forever. On Earth, solar panels suck, and they're only useful for grid independence. But in space, with nothing between you and the star but, well, space, then solar panels are awesome. And all the material and energy you need to build them is right there for the taking. So, cheap material, free energy. What else does a civilization need? Computation? Well, guess what you can build a lot of with cheap material and free energy. What this really all boils down to is that the only thing Earth has going for it is that it's a really nice place to build your house. It's a crappy place to build a mine or factory. The total value of everything off Earth — and I'm just talking about the solar system, not the rest of the universe — exceeds the total value of everything on the Earth by eleventy-billion percent. In the future, most of us will continue to live on Earth, unless we really screw it up by not hanging all the theater kids. But all the mining, all the manufacturing, all the making the stuff, and all the making the stuff that makes the stuff, will happen in space. And there will be a lot more of it. All we have to do is get the tools we need from down here where we built them, to up there where we need them. So that we can build more tools out there, more and more and more of them, forever. There's only one snag. It's really hard to get things off Earth. We haven't really done much of it until very very recently. SpaceX is the "very, very recently". SpaceX now owns about 80% of humanity's lift-to-space capacity, and no one else is even close. That's 80% of the pipeline to infinite wealth. And first dibs on all the real estate out there, too. In the old West, the railroads were money trees, because they didn't just own the transport, they owned the destination. And there's about to be a frontier again, except this one's bigger, and it comes with a built-in second industrial revolution. Make sense now?
This will sound super crazy, but I see a path to SpaceX being worth orders of magnitude more than the current Earth economy

Look at me, reposting a democrat
Abdul El-Sayed is entirely unfit to serve in the U.S. Senate, not because of his name or religion, but because of his deeply troubling, anti-American views. I am a Democrat who very much wants our party to regain control of the House and Senate. But embracing toxic bigots like El-Sayed, Darializa Chevalier, and Zohran Mamdani will do far more damage to our party and its electoral prospects than any political advantage we might gain from embracing them.

My sources are telling me Talarico is in a mental health facility. His campaign has stopped actively planning events in the vital homestretch of the campaign. If this is true, this is actually a time to pray for Talarico. We should, of course, savagely mock his smug, awful campaign advisors, by all means...and while yes, of course, this would be disqualifying for Talarico's aspirations to be a Texas Senator, we must hold empathy for anyone undergoing crisis. Campaigns are brutal, and not everybody is cut out for it. You need very thick skin. As much as I don't want Talarico anywhere near government, I also don't want wish him harm, and no political office is worth having a breakdown. His awful advisors are at fault for this. They pushed him to be something he isn't, and it didn't work. I'm praying that this isn't true, and he's OK. You want to win these fights on the battlefield of ideas, not the minefield of poor health.
This isn’t a case of the “flu” with Talarico…this is a case of “one flew over the cuckoo’s nest”.

Congratulations. You've discovered how everyone can retire at 50 by giving them approximately $2,420. According to Forbes, the world's 3,428 billionaires possess a combined $20.1 trillion. Confiscate every penny, divide it among 8.3 billion people, and that's your one-time payout. And that's assuming you could liquidate everything without destroying its value. For this magnificent achievement, you'd violate property rights, undermine investment, disrupt production, and slaughter the golden goose that generated the wealth in the first place. And here's the part you haven't considered: that golden goose may take generations to reproduce, assuming anyone would even attempt it under a regime that confiscates the rewards. The communist mentality resembles a cancer: consume the wealth of the host, demand more as the host weakens, and continue until there's nothing left to consume. You've traded generations of potential prosperity for a few weeks of spending money, destroyed the incentives to rebuild, and called it liberation. All because you confused possessing wealth with stealing it, and consuming wealth with creating it.
The richest 3500 billionaires (0.00005% of the world's population) have 22% of the wealth. Everyone could retire at 50 if we just didn't have them.

Elon Musk, hep evrensel gelirden bahsediyor.

Being racist back to a racist won’t end racism. But showing a racist that you won’t change your views on a certain race because of them might just make them realize that they too cannot judge an entire race based on someone else’s actions. Love Beyond Color (I might still roast a racist pos, but I won’t do it in a racist manner.)

Adam Carolla nearly pops a blood vessel as he tells Democrats to “SHUT THE F*CK UP” about their race and gender like it’s an accomplishment. He said what millions are thinking. And you can feel the frustration with every word. CAROLLA: “There’s a lot of things you can hang your hat on, but you being black, or you being Middle Eastern, or you being a dude, or you being a woman, is zero accomplishment. It has nothing to do with you. So shut the f*ck up. Just shut up about it.” “Just f*cking go out and win something and do something and make something and create something and stop f*cking talking about your skin color.” “Sunny Hostin. I would like to create a ticker... of the times Sunny Hostin has said ‘as a woman, as a woman of color.’ Shut up, b*tch!” “No one gives a f*ck where you’re from. No one gives a f*ck where you come from. And you having a v*gina versus a pen*s is f*cking luck of the draw. Cosmically, luck of the draw.” “No one gives a f*ck. You did nothing!” Decades of research on who earns respect say people admire what you did, not what you were born as. Nobody has ever been impressed by someone’s chromosomes.

So, to summarize, 900 mathematicians signed a letter basically saying "stop AI from doing math so that our jobs can stick around." But for anyone who spends more than 5 seconds thinking about what unlocking the equivalent of a billion Fields Medalists would do for humanity, the benefits dramatically outweigh the costs. Math abundance will help solve chips, medicine, fusion, and numerous other things that will improve the lives of billions, and save millions of lives. I mean, there was a 0% chance of OpenAI (or any other AI lab) slowing down, so it's a moot point anyways. But it just seems extremely selfish.

🚨 American taxpayers are being robbed blind by Food Stamps fraudsters. Businesses in Seattle are cashing out EBT cards Nick Shirley is able to walk into a Seattle Seafood Market and pay $120 for 1 can of spam with an EBT card Here’s how the scam works - Anyone with an EBT card comes in and buys an item - The store adjusts the price of that item to the amount of money that’s on the person’s EBT card - The store gives the person 50 cents on the dollar for the balance on the EBT card Meaning is you have $120 on your EBT card, you’re able to exchange it for $60 cash and the store pockets the rest of the money for doing the transaction This is a scam that is happening nationwide. There have even been so many mainstream media stories where this has been highlighted as a common scam This is OUR tax money being stolen
