Hi, calling the domain white-list method with a GET is not an error. It will 'get' all of your white-listed domains. Please see our documentation for details: getaddress.io/documentation

@AzureSupport Your SQL database scaling seems to broken. It's taken over a day so far to scale from S0 to S2.
